Mighty Deals - Non-existent customer service and no still no items

  • As I have been tempted to purchase from this company maybe a higher priced item but always like to check out what other people's experience of this company is like and have decided to unsubscribe instead as the saying goes " if the offer sounds too good to be true, it's usually isn't", avoid like the plague and thankfully by using PayPal for nearly everything I buy online I haven't had any problems with purchases or refunds but I don't want to have to go through a lenghty process of complaints to get something they are quick to take your money today but have to complain when nothing shows up 10 days later or a month + , so thank you!

    I have also had problems with mighty deals. Having previously used mighty deals to purchase items I thought I would get the same service. How wrong I was!
    I purchased an iPhone deal. but then when looking at my bank statement noticed that mighty deals had taken the amount twice. I contacted them by email and it has taken over a month to elicite any sort of reasonable response, even now I am still awaiting my money although it is allegedly being processed this week, otherwise I think it will be a call to BBC Watchdog.
    To cap it all the iPhone doesn't work properly.
    Never again!!!!
  • Ordered an iPhone 5 and originally very pleased however all other specified parts missing.
    Sent an email 10th June advising that SIM card tool, charging cable, and screen protector all missing. Returned from vacation only to find SIM card tool and screen protector delivered but charger cable missing.
    Sent another email and after waiting another week still no charger cable delivered. As the phone had now run out of charge I sent another email, I was told another cable had been sent and could be tracked however it can only be tracked if it is delivered but alas no cable ever did arrive. As phone could not be used I purchased a charger cable and contacted Might Deals and asked them to refund however they only offered to credit my Mighty Deals account so that I could buy one through them! What would you do?
