Mighty Deals - Non-existent customer service and no still no items

  • I've just recently made my first "purchase" via MightyDeals (a year's supply of dishwasher tablets) and they said "up to 10 days for delivery", so I waited 10 days and not getting any joy from their pitifully slow customer service I just did a Paypal chargeback. Glad I used Paypal now!

    Maybe that's the secret with these companies, if they accept Paypal then USE IT as Paypal don't take that sort of nonsense, they just snatch the money back.

    I have purchased an IPhone 5 32GB through mighty deals who state that The Best Androids are the merchant for this product.

    I have used voucher code MCE508437 and have received a message from Mighty Deals saying that my voucher has been redeemed successfully but no reply to several messages which I have sent requesting information of delivery or conformation from merchant.

    I am really starting to worry now as the money has come out of my account and I've had no further communication with the company and would really appreciate some reassurance or refund as it is a lot of money I can't afford to lose.

  • I ordered an iPad air on 9 April, for my mum who is a pensioner. They said it would take up to 15 days. I have contacted mighty deals via there website and the other email address posted on this thread over 10 times and still I have had not reply as to the whereabouts of my mums iPad area. This is very annoying. I have asked for a refund, and yet still nothing. Can someone just let me know what has happened to my order and give me a refund. This is just false advertising taking money and not supplying the goods.

    This company needs to be avoided !
  • I have contacted Action Fraud as i am having the same trouble, ordered something almost 7 weeks ago they had the money that day and i have still not received the goods, have emailed them numerous times and only had 2 emails back which weren't even helpful!!! :mad::mad:

    Has anyone EVER got a satisfactory reply and/or their money back from Mighty Deals? I've had quite a few previous deals from them but at the moment I have the same problem as everyone else i.e. no replies to emails and no sign of a refund!
    I had a non delivery of some wine recently with Groupon and they phoned me to tell me what was happening; how different from Mighty Deals.
