Mighty Deals - Non-existent customer service and no still no items

Update: Email received dated 4th Jan letting me know that the issues should be resolved by 7th Dec and not letting me know if that was my issue in the first place  I mean what a joke, how incompetent must this business be since their customer service is shockingly awful. My aunt has also phoned their cust service no 3x and has been kept in a queue for well over half an hour before giving up (as its not free).
Has anyone else bought anything off this business and how can i get a refund? At the beginning of Dec my aunt purchased 2 products from their website and then went on to redeem the vouchers, Since that day she has written to them numerous times asking for the product and requesting assistance and guidance in next steps, since she heard nothing. Each time she received a generic email, which was both impersonal and wholly unhelpful, not bothering to answer the question posed. Firstly all the emails did was list a number of websites, with no direction or help which was pertinent to my aunts question. Furthermore, I have traced the product back to a web address.
My aunt has been asking the same questions, has been explaining the process she has gone through and asking for a reply to let her know where she has gone wrong. The generic responses sent where not in the least bit helpful. They have still not been able to fulfill the order so I want a full refund including any postage paid.

I have had exactly the same problem with mighty deals. I ordered a silver necklace through their web site from a company called Smart Lass, but the goods never arrived. I get nowhere with their customer service'. Irritatingly they are still carrying on and others will be taken in by them too.0

I had problems with Mighty Deals - they sent a set of damaged ceramic frypans, and under a 2nd order, a set of Jean Patrique kitchen knives when the ones I ordered had some Japanese name on them - I would not knowingly order Jean Patrique products! MDeals merely sent an acknowledgement e-mail apologizing and said the matter had been dealt with!! They hadn't done anything - didn't deal with my complaints at all.
I did put a posting on this Forum before about these MDeals problems but I am now claiming a refund for both orders and the delivery charges from my credit card under the Chargeback scheme, where if the item cost less than 100quid, you can claim off the credit or debit card if you can't get any joy from the retailer. If it cost over 100quid then S75 of the Consumer Credit Act allows you to claim off a credit card but not a debit card. Hope you get your money back using Chargeback - there must be some info. on MSE about Chargeback. But you only need to contact the card company and its usually a simple process.
PS I offered to send the items back to MDeals if they sent me pre-paid labels but my credit card told me that all I need to do is to tell them to come and collect them, as there is no legal requirement for me to send them back.0 -

Paypal confirm that they didn't receive or take any money from your company account. They ask that you confirm the date it was paid, the email address, the amount that was paid.
