Mighty Deals - Non-existent customer service and no still no items

Comments

  • Have been trying to redeem my voucher/contact supplier but have had no reply from either.
Are you - The MSE Forum - part of the same group "EXERTIS MSE UK - International Sales
Tony Baldwin" who are listed as the supplier on my voucher butwho are not replying to me e mails.
If you are perhaps you could let me know if there is any chance of receiving my 3 piece stoneware cook set.
  • I have a voucher code ME7705363 for a 3 piece Stoneware Cook Ware Set and although I have redeemed the voucher (twice) I have had no acknowledgement from the seller.
I have received a message from Mighty Deals saying that my voucher has been redeemed but no reply to several messages which I have sent requesting information.
The voucher has to be redeemed by the 1st of Feb and the money has been taken from my account.
Is MSE Group listed as the merchant part of your MSE Forum - if so could you please have someone answer me or at lease let me know that I will not be receiving the goods and enable me to ask for a refund.

    Thanks

  • Its been a week now and the seller has not replied to you either.
    Do they even exist?
I am going to assume that I will not be receiving the goods in question and have asked for refund for the amount paid for the totally useless voucher.
Mighty Deals have the worst Customer Service I have ever come across and I will certainly not be using them again.

  • Don't touch Mighty Deals.
I've come across poor customer services before but this shambolic outfit drop it to a whole new level.
I sent an email every day for a week without reply. Only by virtue of another company in the same building giving them a nudge, did I receive an email. I replied to this email six days ago and I've sent a further four emails since, and guess what?
Yes that's right, complete ignorance. No correspondence whatsoever.

I've used Mighty Deals quite a lot, and found them to be pretty good.
Not really had to contact customer services, apart for 2 separate issues.

Last year they were good, getting back to me immediately and solving the problem.

    This time? What a shambles!
I bought a deal for a hotel, contacted the hotel to be told the next available weekend was the end of May.

So I emailed mighty deals to cancel, as I didn't want to wait that long.
I emailed them roughly 3 days after purchase, well wishing their terms, and as it says on their website:

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND! WHAT CAN I DO?
Every Mighty Deals offer comes with a full money-back guarantee. Simply let us know by submitting a ticket - Refunds will be processed in 7 business days

So I raised a ticket (on 14th Feb). Received a reply on the Monday saying they need to contact the merchant and will get back to me.
A little surprised to hear this seeing as though my item was not goods. However I thought I'll let them do it.

I emailed them again on the 18th, 22nd, 25th, yesterday and today.
Guess what? Not a single reply to their original email on the 14th.
Their standard relies tell you they'll be in touch within no later than 3 days. Complete lies.

So here I am, over 2 weeks later and STILL no reply and STILL no refund.

I used these quite a lot, but this experience has put me right off.

    Worst customer service ever.

I don't even think I'll ever get my money back.

You have replied to me stating a refund was made on 27th Feb 2015.
I don't know how, as the card used for payment is no longer valid...

As I have stated to you in about 5 emails....

I have also called the company I used to bank with to check that a refund was made, and they have confirmed it hasn't.

    Total lies from mighty deals.

Has no one actually read my historic emails?
