im thinking i might changed to a year budget and break it down into weeks.
mainly because i have something like 5 5week months this year :( and still have 3 weeks in this budget. will keep posting for this month but from march i will have a rethink....

got a lot to do this afternoon, so will look at the reciept properly later and work out the true spend, bought bday/engagement presents so need to subtract all that.

Well we had a power cut last night so had to order a takeaway :( £13.30 spent which is a real pest as now I have to give up my Friday coffee so as not to blow the weekly budget!

No spend day today, tomorrow I'm planning on spending £0.80 for a train ticket and OH invited me out for a few drinks with his old work colleagues (got promoted and tomorrow is his last day with old team), I can't drink so just a diet coke for me. Nothing else needs bought as OHs turn to buy/make dinner.

Stupid power cut has taken the wind out of my sails a bit, I was hoping to trim off some treat money for something yummy to have after my interview on Monday - oh well!
  • Had a nsd today. Yesterday spent £12.30 on various bits from Asda.
Trying to save up for a deposit for a mortgage....could be a while!!

Not really posted much, but I HAVE been sticking to my budget! :D I decided to draw out £100 cash each week, to try and keep track, and my first week ended yesterday, with money left, so am pleased! Going to do the same each week, until I'm back managing properly - I've let things slide for a long time so need to do it this way until I'm straight again. Also had 2 NSDs this week.

    A xo
