It won't count as any kind of actual evidence, but the jury are human and you can't guarantee they won't let personal opinion sway any decision they make.
Yeah right, if a barrister has to stoop to that it ain't going to trial.0 -
Skivenov thanks reading yours words made me think we all are human beings in the end and we all make mistakes in life. Some people have the brush with the law for their mistake some people don't but we all have made mistakes one way or another in life. I have yet to see a perfect human being in this world who hasn't made a single mistake in life. Some people might think the devil doesn't exist but in my own opinion and it is my opinion that the devil does exist and makes us do bad things, makes us be cruel to one another, puts fear inside of us into do something for the fear of losing something. I think god put us in this world to test us and see if we can become better human beings after recognising satan and thinking about how we got to a position into doing something wrong. The devil likes to stray people from the straight, narrow good path to a evil one. Again Marlot and Skivenov you guys have been very supportive thanks.0

Why would an innocent man not apply for bail.
You watch too much tv, but it looks like the OP has gone off on one.0 -
Hackman, I was only expressing my own opinion and viewpoint. No one has to agree with me I am just merely expressing it.0

If you intend to use that as your defence, then it's a fairly safe bet that you will not go to prison.
I would however get used to eating with plastic implements, and also get used to all your furniture being made from cardboard as well as having nice soft walls in your new accomodation.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -
Relevant?So what's the charge then?
The police arranged the car storage and should secure its release.0 -

Could be very relevant yes.
Depending on what power the vehicle was seized under. Certain seizures are at no cost to the owner.0 -
Good news guys today CMG call me up saying I only need to pay them £150 for recovery and another £50 for bringing it to my house. Which is a sigh of relief as they first wanted £800 off me. I think they tried to profit from me as I think the police and the recovery company are on it making secret deals under the table and racking up huge fines to the owner without any written clarification. I think CMG got worried when I told them last time on my phone to them when they demanded £800 that I will be seeking legal advice and they should send me something in writing. Do you think I should still pay the £200 that they demand now because before they demanded £800 off me. I prayed last night from the bottom of my heart to god to sort this out and god is helping me one way or another. It just shows how having a little faith in god can go a long way.0
