I've been Plymouth to Roscoff a couple of times and never had a problem booking through The Sun after I'd booked the actual holiday.

I'm also doing the tunnel this year, never done it before so will be an experience!

I'm looking forward to using the tunnell, especially as i am paying with tesco vouchers:)
Done eurostar a few times but not the tunnel.
Thanks for reasurrance about the ferry. Really want to go to brittany next year. problem is i want to go to spain and italy as well: however, flight prices and car hire might may the cost prohibitive.
  • maybe next time we should do a review thread on the sites we have been too broken down in counties so it would be easy to read and give you some idea as to where to go.

Think this would be really useful. Would find it particularly useful for european sites.

I'm going to save the clubcard vouchers for the tunnel too :)

Have you been to Brittany before? I can recommend Le Ranolien in northern Brittany and Les Menhirs in southern Brittany, both lovely and I'd like to go back there some time.

I know what you mean about Italy. I'd love to go there but it might be more than I can afford.

Great aren't they. Using the vouchers will make a bargain holiday even cheaper:D
Never been to brittany but would love to go. Have been to paris normandy , and the south, - montpellier and beziers which we really liked.
Those brittany sites you mentioned come highly reccomended with other posters on here as well, and consistantly get great reviews.
Wosh i could do a couple of sun euro hols a year lol.
  • Oh me too! I might do north Wales again when the next offer is on as it won't be too expensive to get there from here.

so what is the deal between the sun and haven, tried to book a 9.50 break and everytime a haven park was one of my choices that was the only choice offered to me, if I removed haven parks I suddenly got my first choice - seems a bit dodgy to me and is not what the sun advertise!!!!!!!!

Oh god I got a Haven one too instead of Butlins. Are Haven rubbish ?
