To be fair they were with me.I wrote asking for 6 years statements as per template letter, and they duly arrived within time schedule.
Sent my initial request for a refund back, got nothing for 3 weeks then sent a gentle reminder as per template letter, and yesterday i got a letter as per my post.Going to knock it back and go for full amount.Know full well what i was going to receive, however the fight must go on!!.
Dont have account with them anymore so i am fully prepared for court etc.One bit of advice though is to send your requests and any letters by recorded delivery.0 -

If you are using Martin's Interest Calculator just don't put in the £10 credit.0

The total of my charges is £560 plus £105.86 interest = £665.86. But they have refunded me £10 and I havn't got a date for when they did this. Would I just deduct £10 from the grand total?0

Write and tell them that you cannot accept £152 as full and final settlement of your claim. Tell them you will accept this as a part payment without prejudice, but seeing as this claim has not been settled in a satifactory way within the timescale you set out. You have already issued a court claim for the return of these charges. You will now be claiming for the charges+statutory interest+court fee.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
