Anyone have any tips on how to revise Criminal Law? The content is a real killer.

For criminal Law I could imagine it would be fun to act out everything in your head from crime to punishment.
If I had words to make a day for you,
I'd sing you a morning golden and new.
I would make this day last for all time,
Give you a night deep with moonshine.

Criminal was one of the easier units when i did it, from memory it was mainly on the Theft Act and Murder/Manslaughter so if you have a good working knowledge of the areas you can generally apply them to any question your going to get given, just remember the law and apply the cases :) - oh have the statute infront of you

Thought i'd come home for a bit of a break from the library, i was feeling sleepy as it was so warm in there!! And i think i must have been surrounded by some very ill people, every 2 seconds someone would cough and i'd lose my trail of thought......bit of a break and back on with it :)

Yep I'm having a break too... a really long one... ok I haven't started yet! I've got a headache the size of France that won't go away so I can't concentrate. Or move my head actually. Sniff

    thanx crazy_guy
it just seems like the content is never ending...and at least with other modules i have a minimum number of topics, while this one requires everything to be learnt.

Good luck with your revision once u get back to it

    Hi

I am not a proper student really, I do a night class as I am studying to become an electrician. The wife has gone out for the day to let me get on with some revision, I have an exam on Tuesday night. I have done maybe a couple of hours, broken up by, being on MSE, talking on IM to my brother, and looking on uTube. Then there is the urge to keep going and making a cup of coffee... so, I am no natural student... I hate revising, I will do anything but that!

You don't have to be a student to join our club! Now turn your computer off, get a cup of coffee and get on with it! :p

Good luck with your exam xx

Your exams start tomorrow? Ooh good luck Crazy_guy, I'll be thinking of you.

Revision didn't really happen today because I've got a migraine. Which is very annoying because I gave myself yesterday off thinking I'd have all day today. I'm not too worried though, I'm still ahead of schedule and have a week and a half left til exams :)
