Yodel threw 2 professional dartboards over my garden gate yesterday morning
and never even left a card!! Grrr i only found out earlier when i checked the tracking number and seen that they had been delivered yesterday morning at 10:12am, no card left or nothing and it rained all day and night yesterday so the boxes were soaked but luckily the dartboards seem ok even tho they have been dropped from quite a height!
Im fuming!! complaining to Amazon and telling them not deal with Yodel ever again or im not buying anything else from them!!!

NAZ - there is a live chat option on the Yodel website, just put your tracking number and postcode into the tracking part and then when it recognizes your code you will see the live chat option, they are pretty quick to chat to you (probably the only decent thing about Yodel!) AVOID!!!

Our binmen collect the bins off the driveway and empty them if we forget to put them out in the road.

If we were away from home, as we often are, and a delivery company did this, then the parcel would be lost.

Stick a notice on your bin advising delivery companies NOT to leave parcels there.

My microchip catflap had the door broken on two separate occasions and the cats couldn't get in or out due to parcels being jammed into their catflap. I stuck a notice on the top of the flap and hey presto, no more parcels shoved through, no broken flaps, and no confused cats with their legs crossed.
  • how does any sane person think it is ok to put a parcel in a bin?

If our bins are not "outside" the garden wall and clearly visible to the road they won't even take them despite walking past them (on the garden side) to hurdle over the neighbours wall to collect their bins from the roadside.

I've had fragile parcels lobbed over a 6' gate at the side before even when my OH has been home and no-one's bothered to knock

And a delivery van pulled up outside, no-one got out, OH went to look where they were and they drove off - our parcel had been noted online as "delivery refused"
