Orange not paying topcashback (for anyone)

Just had 2 orange purchases declined. What is worse is that TCB do not have the correct cash back amount listed in their claim form. :mad:0

TCB are also ACTIVELY promoting orange on all their emails and latest offers listings - just as they do with several other merchants who can choose with absolute impunity whether (or actually NOT) to pay. Nothing to do with TCB of course; they clearly state in their T&c that cashback isn't guaranteed (so they can mislead people knowing DAMN well the merchants won't pay). After all, it's not TCB who lose out - so why on earth would they care about the mugs they encourage to take up offers from these very same merchants????0

Well, just thought I'd post an update.
TCB finally admitted that there were a number of claims which were being declined when the contracts had not been cancelled. So I'm not pleased to report, that after 8 months of chasing, I've finally received my £80.
