We're back, thou Miss Hoodie wants to go back.... but whether we'd be welcome is another thing...
Nanny Hoodie - broke the toilet seat, broke the towel holder
Woof Woof Hoodie - decided to say hello to buffalo as they were walking past the window - nose dived through the net and split it in half!!

    ---
It was amazing, we stayed on a rare breeds farm, - buffallo, sheep, cow's, chickens which owned the yard, and 3 dogs (2 terriers and 1 collie she was mid way pup to adult) they were gorgeous, they come running out as soon as the cars came back,

    --
Miss Hoodie had a nice surprise, paid for her and grandad hoodie to go to the circus (half price), took mum to pub for tea, - then went back for them and to the fair.

We were 15 miles from rhyl, - saw the back end of the Red Arrows.

Lots more prezzies brought for xmas - (I paid but there off Miss Hoodie)
Dad - 4 cd disc country and western - £5
2 pairs of shorts style pjs - £5

    Mum - Quilt cover £5
    - tshirt £5

Me - Pr of pjs (simply be) £5
Cushion size latch hook lit £3
    Unicorn Cross stitch £1

(never done a cross stitch or latch hook before)..

if anyone goes upto North Wales, I can highly recommend Tir Prince (market on sat and Sun £2 car parking - have car boot as well, right by the fun fair. Miss Hoodie van highly recommend....... she got her money worth and more from her wrist band

must have been a good break, i didn't need to complain at all...... that i good going!!!

Miss hoodie back at school 2mor...

Plan this week - catch up email, sort money out, put shopping away, and start xmas card list...

    Hope everyone ok xxxx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Rufus - good luck with the fabric hunt, hope theres plenty of bargains, I gave up on the book bags couldn't get them right, but it was fun.

My next craft venture - going to have a bash at painting glass.... got set paint for £1 , theres a wack of shot glasses outside so there could be a few initial glasses being added to presents.

We got Miss Hoodie back to school ok, she went round to her friends to play (made friends with twins - there inseperable the 3 of them, anyone would think they grew up together) then she went to see friends from old school, came back quiet, - think it was a shock to the system.

Finally caught up with emails, surveys... just finish sorting the shopping out and start some more xmas planning, the fruit is plumping up lovely, having some more sherry 2mor - then another week of soaking. xx

I had an outing to my favourite place last ngt - 4 hrs - in a+e, with Miss Hoodie, she'd been out playing, one of friends was playing around and he fell onto her leg, bless her heart she hopped home.

Good news - not broken tib or fib, (didnt x-ray knee - which is quite swollen now), but she has done all the muscles and ligaments, about 2 weeks recovery, and shes on crutches until the weekend at least.

We didn't get home till 1am, she didn't have a good night, so rang school explained and said she would come in at lunchtime, - they were really great about it, the doctor said she needs to rest, but hes only been back to school 2 days, - we're driving her to school for now, but it's I'm bored!!

Bit of shock earlier, mum saw the consultant last week about having her carpol done in her wrist, it was about 18week waiting list - no probs - had a call this afternoon can she come in next week to have it done theres been a cancellation....... so we grabbed it.

Miss Hoodie has really taken to the gardening, shes out watering the plants, not sure if blueberry taken, but rasberry got new shoot, blackberry bushing well.

Our neighbours they asked if we wanted the rhubarb as there digging up the bush, (wack on their) yes please, offered to buy it off them, she wouldn't take anything, but said ok if you really want to pay if you make any more rhubarb and orange jam could I have a jar, it was lovely.

Dad was back at A+E 2ngt, next dr lady came round can she borrow phone for a taxi - little girl stuffed printing stamp up her nose - so we took them and fetched her back.

I've started my xmas card list - just got to double check a few people's partners names, - but tempted to just sign them.

Mum had a note today from her bridesmaid, they lost touch about 20 yrs ago and got back in touch just after mum and dads golden wedding, she lost her husband end of July a month before there golden wedding, just makes you realise how precious time is, xx

hope miss hoodie is fully recovered soon, poor thing

spent yesterday catching up with some stuff in the cupboard under the stairs found a sock monkey id started about 3 years ago i think
    th_IMG_0582_zps5bbca069.jpg
quite pleased with him as it was my first attempt. DS2 has already claimed it
put the lining in the bag i knitted but decided i didnt like the handles - they were totally different wool so found some the same as the trim i did and am making it into a shoulder bag using that for the strap
    th_IMG_0584_zps7007f86a.jpg
    th_IMG_0583_zps7f3de85f.jpg
its the same bag but one picture shows the lining i put in.
going to put this on the charity stall for my sons school christmas fayre but clueless about prices. last year i sold too cheap and one of the traders bought lots of stuff of me at the beginning so after that hardly anyone looked at my stall as the good stuff was gone.

    cooler and raining here today
