I thought I was done shopping, but I am going to have to buy for a whole new person  Can't even do much advance shopping because I don't know anything about them except they're making me quite sick and very dizzy.

    Congratulations, SugarSpun. :)

No more purchases to report, but I have been considering trying to make a couple of sock monkeys for people - will have to dig out the thread on this forum and see how they're done.

Got to fill the car up next week so that'll be some more N Points - hope I can get some serious N pointage this year! I may have a go at making some chocolates too - purely as a trial run for gifts later in the year!

    KB xx

    Congratulations Sugarspun - that's lovely news. :j

Started on the loft clearing today - sorted out some bits to go to the tip and brought down five boxes which have been unpacked and divided into keep (hardly anything); charity shop, tip/recycling and ebay. Also brought down a big box of our old photos which are going to be scanned and put onto disc and then I'm going to have a photobook made up of the girls' baby pics so they can keep them.

Almost bought some Christmas cards in the Cath Kidston sale but they'd sold out :( but was able to get two of their little teas sets in cases. I was looking at them when they were reduced to half price (£20 down to £10) and almost bought them but when I was looking yesterday they were down to £6 so I thought that was a good omen and I bought them! :T That's two birthday pressies sorted anyway.

Can't think about Christmas yet but there are plenty of birthdays to keep me busy!
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :
