Mum2one I'm really sorry but when catching up . On the kindle and I think I've accidentally reported one of your posts. I didn't mean to love you really. I am doing hopelessly with my Christmas prep my credit card bill is sky high but now that Harper has had his last jabs I can budget for his usual expenses and can work on getting that credit card bill down I will try to sell just about everything clothes shoes maybe some books and things that I discovered in the loft last week there are loads from when I was a kid. Anyway I intend to buy a cheap pair of curtains to make sure skirt from my first attempt see so cheap curtains are better than miles of fabric. Still got a scarf to finish and 2 more to stitch. Love and hugs xx

Hi Susan, the first fair I did this year back in March was rubbish, had another one last weekend, thought it was going to be another pants one as not on a major walk though route but it was really good, took £70 which was far better than I thought. I have another booked for fortnights time, that will be a big one, a lot for the stall but it will be packed so hoping for some good sales. I am working full out to get some good stock ready. I know what you mean about people expecting you to do things for them for peanuts. I dont mind with family but when it comes to friends of family etc they can pay going rates.

Sun is out here, I am off to help ED decorate her house inside, she is moving in a months time and needs to have the place how it looked when she moved in (or there abouts). The grandchildren spent yesterday in front garden selling books and things they dont want to take with them to new house. Made £18 bless, going to do some more today.

Get well soon Sugarspun (but enjoy the rest and online shopping as well!)

Mum2one hope that you have a great time.

I've just won a purse on Ebay for *drum roll* 99p!! Lovely present for friend. And a 1910 postcard of BIL's home town to go with his Christmas present. Whittling away gradually at the list!!

Rufus - thats great for a summer fayre, i don't sell at them just browse, and i find a lot of people don't buy...good luck with the decorating

That book bag is lovely rufus, i'm going to make one for DD, i`ve decided, just have to find a book i'll part with

sugarspun - you be careful with online shopping, if i do it, i seem to spend way to much, bargains galore

I'm going to organise my spare room, i keep putting more and more presents in and as i haven't made a list I dont know whats in there and what isnt.

I went into cardfactory at the weekend and they`ve got a clearance part with some lovely strong boxes that will be great for hampers. I picked up a few for 99p and seen a frame for 21 year old 99p, they had other ages. I spotted one at £15 in another shop and wasnt prepared to pay taht so 99p was a bonus

Well I had to go into town today, and there was a mix up with my appointments that I had to be down there for meant I had a bit of free time so I went christmas shopping, so I now have in the DVD's I want for my brother and sil, and some slipper socks for her to for the hamper :D grand sum of £3.50 for all three things so I am over the moon.
I looked at the sweets but I dont think I should risk getting them in just yet in the fear of I will eat them haha!
