$#%?~\€$ that's what I have to say about rude people , I'm a great believer in they'll get what's coming to them. In glad miss hoodies feeling better now though. And mum2 one don't get me started on ex's support money. I got a grand total of nothing from mine. Believing in karma he'll be having a rubbish life
Rhubarb and orange? Now that's a flavour sensation. My mate did apple chutney and pineapple chutney yesterday so I'll probably be trying those soon.
Thanks for the linky nitnurse. I like looking at the bargains but have no one to purchase for . All grown up
Whizzy bee chocolate orange brownies sound lovely did you adapt the recipe a lot? Or did you do what I would think and throw in some orange flavouring... Easy life for me
Sugarspun - I have never thought of making crumpets are they an hard thing to do?
I started on clearing the craft room . I took out the bin and emptied out ... Perhaps I'll have another go today, can't seem to concentrate on things at the moment ... Don't know where my heads gone...Challenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -
Susan they're not complicated but you do need rings for them - cookie cutters would probably work, I think, but I bought proper rings to knock a Lakeland order over the top of 10% off, free delivery and a free set of storage containers (put those straight into a donations bag as we're overflowing, but it was a nice bonus to the bag).Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Funkypigeon have 4 for 3 on all cards of the same size, plus if you get them all delivered to you you only pay postage on one. I've done the birthday and wedding cards plus two Fathers Day cards and with the credit I had on my account from referring people it was 1.83.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I have got two books now towards the 4 bags I want to make. Still bidding on another two. Was looking at how to make handles for the bags this morning and found a nice tutorial for making beaded bag handles which looks quite easy to do and effective.

aww sorry to hear that sugarspun. are you going to give them another go or do you think the recipe was to blame?
i made a couple of malt loaves last night, ive never made one before but DS2 came home with the school newsletter and cookery teacher always put a recipie in that. had a rummage in te cupboard and i had most of the ingredients (i just swapped sultanas for chopped dates in mine) bonus was i used up the last in a jar of malt extract thats been lurking for ages.SPC~12 ot 124

love the bag it looks really good - cant believe thats your first one.
if anyone makes a book called 'little aggies fresh snowdrops and what they did in one day" or something like that into a bag i will cry. i had this book as a teen and loved it but it got left behind when parents split up. so if any one does come across it please let me know before you rip it apart. from memory its similar looking but darker almost navy blue with an embossed cover, its about a victorian poor girl who picks snowdrops to sell and each chapter follow a bunch and tell the story of the buyer.SPC~12 ot 124
