I haven't bought a new iron as yet. As long as I'm "still choosing one" I can't do the ironing, he he. I had a look on Argos and they're all out of my Nectar points price range anyway (as I only have £10 worth). I think I'm just going to have to use it as a hot plate iron and get a spray bottle for the meantime - bypass the steam function, so to speak.

Thanks for the reminder - I'll write out a Mother's Day card tonight and deliver it tomorrow while I'm in town. Hope everyone is OK.

Hi Anglea, Havent been in the mood for it lately, YD lost the baby so been really down. Need to get myself sorted out though, its Grandson's birthday Monday. Got some shoes I had ordered for her for her birthday in July to put away so thats a start. Got a craft fair on Saturday, first of the year, have been trying to make a few felt key rings to restock the stall but I have been so tied up what with one thing and another I have only got a few done.

rufus im so sorry to hear that, such sad and difficult news.

my youngest DS broke his wrist tuesday night so i spent the night at a&e was like a sleep deprived zombie all day yesterday but he insisted on going school as he didnt want to lose his 100% attendance. we were at the hospital till 2am so he must have been wrecked. hes come home from school tonight and taken himself straight to bed.
