Sugarspun - our thoughts are with you. So sorry to hear about your dad. And for hubby to be in hospital too , just when you need him. On a positive note perhaps they'll let him out by weekend. They usually let them out early. I know how hard it is with the children , you come on here and pm us or just tell us when your fed up. There's usually someone about. You take care now

Mum2one - well done on those totals . Stepson still not back with his girlfriend :-/
DS came back yesterday from uni :-) so got one home. He taking me to hospital today. He's got work at 1 so hope we not long. Make you laugh, he has a budget with his girlfriend. Which is good but I think he's not counting right. Ge got two things for me from boots and a free one for her!!! So that didn't count , then he bought something and got one half price so he counted the half price one . That's cheating surely? ??

So sorry to hear about your Dad Sugarspun. I can imagine how hard it is what with OH being in hospital too. Your eldest does not understand bless her, she is just excited for Christmas, will this be the first she is fully understanding? I can't remember how old she is now.

I hope you can keep strong and have a nice Christmas. These things do happen all year round but when they happen this time of year it makes it seem twice as hard to deal with. As Susan said, come on here if you want someone to talk to or just rant away. As long as the notifications keep working properly we get an email to say you have posted so one of us will be back on asap for you xx

This site has some very nice little print out toys free for anyone who has a printer. The Marble mice look fun.

**so sorry for your loss SugarSpun** please accept my condolences

Thank you ladies. I'm just trying to keep everything together. She's 4, Rufus, this is the first really aware Christmas (she had an idea last year but this is the first one where she's already excited a week out). And the baby's first Christmas altogether. I want to make sure they both enjoy themselves even if I'm not really up to it.

All presents now wrapped, - had afternoon and evening session - all done, and back upstairs in various places, - only lost small bottle perfume (mums fav Red Door) be somewhere safe.

Going to friends in morning for a catch up and drop some prezzies off, - get big cuddles off her dog, he is the most gorgeous Black cocker spaniel - always come for a cuddle.
Then off to another friends afternoon drop some more presents off, my corner now looking slightly less!

Be so nice not doing a table top sale on Sunday, lie in and then baking biscuits Sunday afternoon with Miss Hoodie. (her idea - Cranberry and White Chocolate).

Susan - had to laugh at the presents that what Miss Hoodie would do, but 10/10 for thinking of it thou!! Hope the hospital appointment went ok, u take care,

Rufus - when is the next outing, have you been to Winter Wonderland in Hyde park - saw it on Kirstys Christmas programme, it looked amazing, xxxx

Mum2one, we were supposed to be going tomorrow but OH has changed his mind and wants to go after Christmas now, think its been too much for him what with work as well. No more outings now until Christmas eve. He is working sat and sun and the kids are all busy unless I go and see daughter in law for a walk.

Christmas eve I am meeting ED's lot for light lunch (might be a cake in greggs) then meeting OH (he would have been asleep as on nights) and going to his friend's, they have about 6 or 7 kids between him and his gf so will be a big houseful what with our 3. Having a xmas dinner with all of them, should be laugh.
