I see what you guys are trying to do re another site/FB page & it sounds good & I know you mean well, but unfortunately I really don't think it will work. There will still be someone (or two) monitoring what you say & reporting any goodies you post about.I'll keep to this thread where we can use PMs if you spot something extra tasty & want to tell pals. Offers paying out (on the rare occasions they do)posted openly are something they can't mess with or shut off,but for ALL else best keep it general .........or go to PMs.But I wish you good luck with your sites/page.♥♥♥

You mean a thread where we can discuss the best site to do certain things, like which site it's best to do certain surveys on, etc?

Great idea! Who wants to volunteer? :D

Yup :) Though without the ability to make threads here private and control who can see stuff, a private FB group may be the way to go, i think.

i agree. sorry :( i don't see the point unless it is just to get referals for yourself. all info will just be duplicated on there. and anything good will be shut down.

I think the idea of a private Swagbucks or just online earning related site/thread/group is a good one in principle, but in practice it makes us seem like we have something to hide. Personally I would not feel safe using my MSE username (let alone SB one), or an FB linked to Swagbucks in any way, which means I'd have to go to quite a bit of effort to basically say the same things I say here, with swearing and links... Plus there is always the fear someone will see that shouldn't be able to, and all users will get into trouble. Not worth the risk.

But a general earning thread sounds good. Not sure about privacy, but I know a lot of us are on loads of different sites.

There is a PM function on my site as on most other forums. I'm not sure why a swag bucks forum would mean you have something to hide? Anyone can see the website. I just realised the other day that there are USA based forums but not a UK one and with this thread already over 400 pages long I thought it might be of use, but maybe it's not for everyone.

That is a good point spiritwood. Jeeze,I'm amassing quite a collection of "please don't use bots" letters as it is. SWAGBUCKS will get even more paranoid with us if they suspect we are planning a revolution/swag-domination behind locked doors.

if this thread is too long it could be restarted for each month on a new thread.

Bookmarked the site - like the idea of a separate forum for more organised specific info sharing, would be easier to re-find info on offers and non-crediting surveys etc. without having to search this thread for the relevant points. A general search, survies, offers & tasks type sites thread'll be good too. There's several sites that have the same offer walls, crowdflower tasks etc. with varying points for them & sometimes different offers, videos or tasks turn up on the same page on different sites.
