  • 204 SB today, not even got the DS yet. Not made target for about a week mind, long work hours and no surveys have just made it impossible to make more than 10-20 a day.

It was not explained well at all.
I didn't know anything about it haha and then came into it part way through. Had no idea what was going, and lacked all motivation due to the confusion to learn what was going on, especially after trying to enter codes and being told it was wrong.

I did my usual SBing then got on with my real life things.

Nick, can I just make another suggestion regarding the surveys?

Besides them not crediting, or being DQ'd after having spent time on answering questions (or even after completing the survey), another area that needs improvement is the information given about the browser needed to complete the survey BEFORE the survey is started. Sometimes IE is needed to properly complete the survey, but this isn't revealed until AFTER the survey is started. It is usually impossible to continue the survey with another browser, and the survey opportunity is therefore lost. It would be most helpful if BEFORE "start survey" is clicked, there is a notice saying that "Internet Explorer version xx is required to complete this survey".

    :j

I emailed them about this as I started a survey in FF and it had to download some task bar or other but then FF closed to complete it and the survey disappeared. Ive only qualified for 1 survey since I joined and its quite disheartening.

10,000 in one month, wow that is very impressive. You must be doing 300+ a day, makes my 100 a day look poor.

Hi, can I ask how how you were able to get it sorted so quickly as I completed a survey yesterday on TrialPlay which didn't credit, upon clicking the support button it does not show on there ?
