Afternoon Peeps,
on leave now for 2 weeks see what I can get re sorted. Been paid and sorted out the bank accounts, ours,hubbys and son!! no wonder my head gets mashed. I have made extra payments weekly by skimming but not been on here and recorded them singularly:o. At least the total for the month does help.. I am going to pop on each week now got the rest of my life sorted - well I should say more organised so I can move forward again. My last 8-12 weeks really have been a mess, anyway onwards and upwards. I need to spend some of this time recycling money i.e doing some ebay, so fingers crossed.
I behave like a hermit while I am off work for fear of spending money that I havent got!! so I spend time in here:o I did mangage to make 60.00 of diesel last 6 weeks by walking more locally& not driving in the snow .
Going to warm the house up by home cooking... and it always smells better coming home to that doesnt it.
Betty what about 2 shorter breaks rather than 1 big holiday? could work out same costings with a feel good factor in it.(2 holidays;))

Glad to see everyone is keeping up the momentum! I didn't manage to make a payment last week with being so busy at work but have made a payment of £20 this week. Really nice to see the weekly amounts starting to build up.

Well this week hasn't been a great one to be honest. My poor little dog is still in hospital but seems to be on the mend. I have to find £2k to pay the vet upfront. They ave kindly agreed to do a direct claim to the insurance company and pay me back when they receive the money. Normally they would ask for the whole lot up front and the insurers would pay me. Unfortunately though the bill so far is £4,700:eek: thank god for pet insurance!

Anyway, I was thinking I might have to skip this weeks payment when I received an odd statement from a Halifax credit card! It showed £2.82 credit, so I've got them to transfer the money to me and although its only a small amount it will be my overpayment for the week, at least that way I'm making headway still.:o
