I hope you enjoy your CDWM experience. Just think of the girl who got drunk, fell asleep and left her guests to eat a pot noodle!!!! The only way is up from there!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I love it! :D

    1. head down at work and plough through stuff, finish @ 6.00pm - done
    2. Running training no!
    3. Sunbed no!
    4. call round with my Dad's present for his birthday tomorrow - done
    5. choose CDWM menu, make a shopping list and email the menu - done
    6. order vouchers for cousin's birthday - done

Not too bad, got most stuff done but just ran out of time and energy for running, then no sunbed either as it's on the way back from the gym!

I'm feeling better and more in control today after working through my list yesterday. However, my eating was all over the place, lots of carbs and sugary stuff as I was tired and ended up bingring! :o Result is I've weighed in this morning 3lbs heavier!

Another busy day at work today and then am going to see Annie tonight with TM and his daughter :D

Had a lovely time last night :D but am very tired today and struggling to get through the work day. I've lost my mojo a bit and I can't stop eating! I'm giving myself the weekend off then getting back into it with avengence next week - only 8 weeks to hols! :j

Busy weekend coming up so I'm treating myself to a lazy Friday ngiht and missing the gym. Might tackle some housework though, rather than leave everything until tomorrow as I have visitors

And then next week I also need to get my work ethic back - am really not feeling it at the moment :o

Seem to have my mojo back, got loads done today. Had a nail repaired, went to the gym, had a sunbed then shopping, cooking and cleaning for my CDWM! It went very well so am pleased with that

I've put more weight back on :o - really need to get back on it next week!

And I also need to get on top of housework and home admin! I feel really disorganised at the moment! Today has shown that I can get loads done when I have to!

Lovely meal out yesterday with my family for my Dad's birthday :) Lazy day apart from that

So - Monday again! I feeling very fat after last week's excesses :o so hitting the diet and exercise trail again with avengence this week! Lots of other stuff to get done so a big 'to-do' list has been written

Today's tasks are return the chairs I borrowed for CDWM and tidy lounge, plus a gym session. I did my Slendertone whilst I was getting ready this morning.

Good day yesterday! :) Ate well, did 6k on the treadmill at the gym. Showing a 2lb loss on the scales this morning!

Did my Slendertone again this morning. Steady day at work, then need to take some stuff back on the way home, go for a sunbed and then the gym. Have also promised to bake some cup cakes for the friend who's making me dinner tomorrow :D

It's nice to hear you're back on track. Makes everything seem more positive, doesn't it?

My Mojo seems to have gone on holiday, but I can work on finding it easier next week.

Another good day yesterday, ate well and went to the gym and did another 6k on the treadmill. I really had to force myself to go so I'm glad I did. Scales are showing a 2lb loss this morning - I know these are not 'real' losses as I overindulged so much last week but I am pleased that I have reigned it in and got back on track rather than continuing down the slippery slope! :p. Also went for a sunbed, took my stuff back and made cup cakes for tonight so a pretty productive day

Have worked out one day a week car sharing with a colleague so that should help a little with my fuel costs. Money is really tight at the moment, have taken my eye off the ball a bit but I really do want to be able to have a life! :( Not sure what the solution is - I think it needs more than belt tightening which means either a new job, nearer home with a better salary, or a move nearer to work which I really don't want to do!

Out for tea tonight so no gym but I intend to be sensible - have worked my calories out and allowed myself a cupcake :D. Then back to the gym tomorrow
