Time for a bit of 'fake it until you make it'! Feeling in a bit of a rut, didn't run last night due to a lack of motivation, and ate loads of rubbish
. Feeling very sluggish this morning as a result!
Seeing a friend tonight after work so won't be running but need to get back on track from tomorrow. Not been sleeping well either. My plan is to use my Nectar points for a new duvet and pillows, and some new bedding then have a bit of a spring clean and a revamp. Project for the weekend!

Let the weekend begin! Just got home and am heading back out to the gym. Haven't been since Sunday and no weight loss this week, I don't want to start slipping back!

Managed the gym Saturday and Sunday but eating has not been good! Decided to make a Malteser cheesecake which was lovely but the calories are off the scale!
Went shopping yesterday, got a top from Oasis and a top from Mango - both with vouchers! :j
Feeling a bit out of sorts and stressed, think it's because I feel disorganised! My apartment is untidy, my finances are not looking too good and dieting is too hit and miss!
I have a busy week socially, dinner with TM tonight, corporate event on Thursday and a work night out on Friday!
I also need to run at least 3 times and try to watch what I'm eating despite all the social stuff! Weight has gone up 2lbs so I need to get back on track! I am now six pounds from my target, my run is in 8 weeks and it's Easter in 5 weeks. Fab dinner with TM last night, we went for Thai which was delicious and had a really good catch up. We seem to be back on track as friends now which is lovely
Everything in my apartment fused this morning for the second morning running! I think it's the iron that is causing it so have been out at lunchtime to get a new one from Argos - thanks goodness for Nectar points!
I am entering another race, and will be running for charity this time, at the end of May, so I really need to commit to training! Plan to go to the gym tonight and really want to get back into dieting, I have definately been slipping back into bad habits over the last few weeks. I need to find a way to work it into my social life instead of using my social life as an excuse to be naughty! Time to study the Manhattan Diet again!
Finances have been terrible in February! No control whatsoever! My plan for March is all minimum payments but no credit card spending so I can catch myself up a bit! Hump day! This week is going quite fast!
Went to the gym last night but struggled to run for some reason? Will try again tonight, have come to work in flats today to see if that makes a difference? My calves were very tight last night but I had spent the day in my customary heels!
TM's birthday today and he seemed pleased with his pressie. Whoops! Didn't go to the gym and couldn't stop eating, including a whole Easter egg!
I think yesterday can be written off!
At a corporate event tonight (free food and drink) and also out Friday and Sunday - looks like next week will need to be a time to focus on dieting and exercise!
Pay day today! Car tax paid - saved for!And monthly fuel bill which was £265!!! Nothing I can do about it as it's all commuting to work but my second biggest monthly expense after rent! Another reason to step up the job hunt as I really don't want to move!

Out with the girls from work tonight, and meeting friends for lunch and cocktails on Sunday so looking forward to the weekend

Didn't up going out last night, horrible four hour journey home due to motorway problems and am feeling very out of sorts
. Having a lazy morning then need to motivate myself to go to the gym and get some domestic stuff done! Apartment is a mess and I'm sure it's contributing to my mood!
No weightloss this week although hardly surprising as I've made no effort and have only been to the gym once!. Refocus time!
