Didn't do any domestic stuff yesterday but did manage to go for a run. Face pack and fake tan too - the best version of me!
Have weighed in this morning and I have managed to lose the 2lbs I'd regained so I'm really pleased with that!Just been for a short run and am about to jump in the shower to get ready to meet the girls in town for lunch and cocktails!
Need to take back the top I bought in Mango last week whilst I'm in town. So the start of another week and another 'to-do' list! A couple of social things on this week but I want to focus on getting back on track with dieting and exercise - I'd like to think Spring is around the corner. Gym tonight and then a sunbed, did my Slendertone this morning. And healthy eating of course

It's been a tough week at work
, will be glad when it's over!
But the good news is I've lost 2lbs! :j Been trying to avoid carbs in the evening and it seems to have had the desired effect. Well done on the 2lb loss despite a difficult week. I agree that a good run is a great stress buster. I'm struggling with finding that level of motivation at the moment based on a bad head cold I can't shift.

The scales are showing a 2lb gain, I think a false reading on Friday and a chocolate binge last night! Gives me a pound weightloss for the week and the incentive to get back on track. My new mini goal is to reach my 21lb goal by Easter. I am going to be strict with myself about not getting on the scales too often! Will weigh in next Saturday. I bought cayenne and chromium supplements yesterday, worth a try!
I've been lazy so far this weekend, nails and shopping yesterday but I really need to do some exercise and get some housework done!Think I will bake something too to take to my Mum's later as it's Mother's Day!

On my way to Edinburgh for work, lots of thinking/planning time on the train! I've worked out a training schedule for my run in 5 weeks and have started a holiday 'to do' list. All the practical stuff, checking in, arranging transfers etc but also stuff like subbed sessions and beauty stuff. Booked my nails and pedicure at the weekend but need to get into a good home routine too, I am determined to look and feel good on this holiday, and not leave everything to the last minute like I usually do!
Quite a big 'to do' list this week too, work stuff and home stuff. It's not helped by the fact that I didn't finish last weeks and am really behind with domestic stuff! I really need to get on top of this sort of stuff, it's starting to stress me out and affect my mood.

:eek: I'm feeling all overwhelmed and out of control!! Arrgh! I've loads to do at work, my apartment is a tip, I've got CDWM at the weekend and nothing organised!!
And breathe! Right need to calm down and make a plan!
Today's list;- head down at work and plough through stuff, finish @ 6.00pm
- Running training
- Sunbed
- call round with my Dad's present for his birthday tomorrow
- choose CDWM menu, make a shopping list and email the menu
- order vouchers for cousin's birthday

Good luck with getting everything done and sorted. Eating better always gives me a better sense of control and energy so hopefully that happens for you too.
I hope you enjoy your CDWM experience. Just think of the girl who got drunk, fell asleep and left her guests to eat a pot noodle!!!! The only way is up from there!0
