However it looks like you may have to pay for a faster speed

About time .....hopefully Harrahs will follow suit so it becomes the norm for everyone.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
I've always found it odd that a place like Vegas seemed to just not have much wifi available (well for free anyway). Once one chain starts hopefully the rest will need to keep up.
It's (hopefully) getting close to 11 months out from our trip next year, but we're slightly unsure what to do. I'd like to be away for my 40th which is in the second week of September. We've also talked about maybe flying to Phoenix, staying at Scottsdale a couple of nights and then driving on to Sedona or Flagstaff a night then over to Vegas. Would have to be a 2 week trip I think. I do wonder how hot it would be if we did that early September. If anyone has done the Phoenix-Grand Canyon-Vegas trip I would appreciate any info.
We will also have an early summer holiday in May or June but I have no idea where we'll go yet. Before all of that we have Bangkok and Dubai in January to look forward to. Will be a nice break away from the cold weather at that time.0 -
I always thought part of it - and part of the charging for in-room internet - was to keep you from spending a lot of time doing internety things, time you could be in the casino.
I also think that now days most people have internet capability on their phones...and people sometimes forget that overseas travellers may have to pay a fair amount for what those on US plans could just get within their standard package.
For what we might use it for it will probably be just fine, and nice to have the option available.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Tracy has a Klout score of around 75 (it will vary over a period of time) and 5K followers, (so sometimes one of her tweets will be retweeted over and over so potentially many thousands of people will see it) and we use this to get good discounts on stuff we want. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
On the subject of data charges in the US, what's the best bet for a sim card with data on while in the US? will be used in an iPhone 4S, I'm 19 days -ish out from going so presumably could have something delivered in time here if needed....0

I use a T-Mobile sim. I get a $50/month 500 mb data package with unlimited calls and texts. I usually visit the shop on Flamingo/ Maryland Pkwy to recharge my sim. We go for a long stretch of time though, so it's worth it for us.0 -
