they have a few locations in the UK now (and two are outside of the greater London area). :)

I actually prefer leaving it for Vegas (or American airports where OI swear most of their locations are) which is easier now as more of an effort to get to one in the UK.
Thanks ferf, I just ordered some for home delivery, not cheap (about £4 each inc. delivery) but there is no way I am going into Leicester.
We bought some several years ago in LA and took them home, stuck them in the back of the cupboard and pulled them out about 18 months later, and ate them!!
2 years ago we bought some at LAS, they travelled with us to MIA, from there to the Bahamas, back to MIA and on to LHR. You gotta love a preservative:T
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

oooOOOOOooh aren't you fancy with your Kraft posh mac & cheese.

    5-pack. Old school. ;)

And yeah we kind of went overboard on Rice-a-Roni a couple of trips ago and keep forgetting we do NOT need anymore.

If we book thru lowcostusa will we have any issues with checking in on the Saturday (26th october) or should it be fine?

3rd parties don't necessarily have the no Saturday check-in rule...it's not only Paris - many Vegas hotels will restrict Saturday check in certain times especially around holidays or otherwise busy weekends (or other times when there's something happening making hotels quite popular). There are others listed with that symbol on other dates.

I'm not sure that there is a way around it...other than I guess you could perhaps try booking the extra night - see if they match - then see if you can drop the first night you don't need, maybe? And cancel the whole thing if you aren't happy with the outcome.

    Hi again guys :)

We have come to book the Paris hotel on the website (going to do what was suggested and get the price match)

But the following comes up :

$230.00‡ (this means we can not check in on the Saturday)
    $150.00
    $80.00
    $80.00
    $80.00
    $80.00
    $180.00

So how can we get around it? It looks like the only hotel that does it for some reason?

You should be fine if you can book for a Saturday arrival with a third party.

We booked a package with United Vacations years ago arriving on a Saturday. I panicked a bit when the hotel was showing no Saturday arrivals and called them. They said it would be no problem. When we arrived on the Saturday night there were loads of people checking in.

Has anyone been to see Zarkana? Thinking about going to see it this year. We are currently watching some old recorded Cirque TV shows so we are getting in the mood for Vegas and fancy seeing a cirque show. Zarkana is sounding good - I'm also wondering if there are tickets at the cut price booths?

Any of u peeps noticed how lowcostusa.co.uk has slightly changed as such ??

When I booked my rooms earlier this year, I could book online for MGM group hotels via lowcostusa.co.uk.

Now however, for MGM properties, you only ever see "Call Now" , regardless of the date you put in....
Anyone got any ideas why ?

Do you mean you have to call for a price or call to book?

I found a cracking price with them for an Executive King suite at the MGM, but couldn't book online. I called to book and half expected the price to be higher, but it wasn't so I booked. I called the MGM a few days later and they had the bookings and said I had one night free on each one, which the Low Cost USA site didn't mention.

I wouldn't normally book with a third party site this far ahead, but the price was too good to miss.

    Don't feel bad.

I've been to a London one, and the one that used to be in Birmingham (long closed), and it was not anything like as good as the US version :)

I used to work in SoHo...the day they opened a Cinnabon at Piccadilly Circus was a very good day indeed...thankfully our offices moved not long after as I'm not really known for my ability to contain myself...danger, danger.

There is another one I know of, its just very hard to get to, its in RAF Lakenheath (US air base), I had a job in there a couple of years ago, after about half an hour signing in and waiting for an escort, I made it to the food hall and found a Cinnabon....guess what we had that evening mmmmmm
