from memory this is what i did - i can't find my address details anywhere in my profile, so definitely haven't put my UK address in. as long as the billing address matches your CC details when it comes to payment, that should be fine.
most hotels have the zip code 89109 so you could use that.0 -

Tried both of these options (using LV, NV and 89101) previously with no success. But that was in the My Account section before you choose to buy your Groupon. Should I have done this when I went to pay i.e. don't set up a credit card in the account first?0 -

i don't think it's a requirement to set up a credit card, so just register what you need to... then make your payment when purchasing an offer?0 -
Well, I tried it with my Lloyds debit card and it worked OK. It obviously didn't like the Tesco or Halifax credit cards!!
Shame I'll get charged for an overseas transaction, the robbers.

Hi all, I know that Groupon issues have been posted before but I cannot purchase my LV Groupon using either of my credit cards and it's winding me up!
I registered and added my card as suggested in an earlier post but got an error and email saying the transaction was unsuccessful and to please update the card information (which I've tried). I'm guessing it's because they are UK cards (with UK addresses). Anyone know a way around this? It's a bit of a bummer cos I need to do this in the next few hours as it runs oot.
I had this problem the last time it was on groupon and contacted The scooter co directly, they gave me a code to use directly on their website, they were really helpful.0 -
Scoot city half price on groupon
Was then about to click on purchase for the current half price red rock scoot city tour (seems like it comes round often) as loads on here have raved about it.
Thought I would read more details firts so went back to their website to find NO HATS ALLOWED WHEN MOVING.
That has put me off. I dont have has much hair as I used to:eek: and I always wear a hat in the sun. I dont like putting suncream on my head and 4 hours in the sun is to long for my delicate bonce, Its a shame but looks like we wont be doing it0 -

you can wear a bandana or a beanie
honestly, even the tightest fitting peaked hat is likely to fly off, you really wouldn't want to wear one!0 -

Thanks for this. We watched a couple of episodes in November and enjoyed it. One for the planner for sure.0 -
Just booked trip number 7 to Vegas.
We were only there in August last year, and each time I look out of the bedroom window on the final night of our trip,I wonder if it will be the last time I visit.......Well we have managed to wait until January, and booked to go next month.....Six months wait isn't to bad .
We only started going in 2004 and friends and relatives ask us,what is it that makes you want to keep going back.To be honest,I wasn't really sure what it was.Was it the gambling, the shows, the weather or dining options ?
Was it the shopping or the tours ?.......And to be honest, the answer I now give anyone that asks me is,while I enjoy all of those things,I just love the feel of Las Vegas.Coming from a quite town in Cumbria,I just love being in a feel good place like Vegas. We don't have to be doing anything specific,we just love being there.....So god willing, there will be plenty more trips to come.0
