  • 2 UU this morning - Ren Mayflower cleansing gel and Olay regenerist 3 point cream. WNBA - the Olay was a free sample and the cleansing gel wasn't that good for my skin.

I am in again for 2013

Fell off the wagon in December thanks to a couple of B00ts gift cards, but have listed everything in my stash list so I am not in denial.

Have started double cleansing in the evening, to use up my cleansers faster mainly, but I am impressed
with how my skin feels since I have been doing this.

Sunshineyday - well done re the ciggies, hopefully you will feel so much better and have more dosh too.

And - now that I don't go out to work I do not shower every day either. I also use a crystal deodorant on days that I am not leaving the house. I too was brought up on the wash daily, bath weekly regime, and I find I can do a quick washdown in far less time than a shower. I love a soak in a bath a couple of times a week too and my hair is better for washing every 2nd or 3rd day, as a sometime eczema sufferer I find I have less irritation. In the summer when I am gardening a daily shower or bath is a must though:eek:.

OH and I got to the hospital yesterday to find my brother had been moved from Critical Care to High Dependancy and joy of joys he was awake and able to talk to us, he is a bit gobsmacked by it all, but remembered his helicoptor journey. OH was ragging him as the family had bought him a helicoptor trip for his 50th birthday last summer, and he had not had time to take it. If all goes well he should be moved to a normal ward in a few days, hopefully then his little daughter (9) will be able to visit him.

Sorted through my lipsticks, going to try a different one each day, I think a few more will be TA, some I think will not suit me now my hair colour has changed. Does anyone have any recs for a good lip brush, I can't get away with applying from the tube anymore:(

Thanks everyone for your support, it has been a huge help.:A:A

I haven't posted on one of these threads in about 18months. 2 years ago I embarked on a plan to use up all of my spare and travel toilettries, which I did and did brilliantly! Didn't need to buy anything (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc) for about 9months. And since then I've done really well. Not overbought, odd essential things stocked up when on 342 like toothpaste.

But the main reason I'm posting is that I have just had my final UU from the stash of stuff I wanted to get rid of, 2 years on!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j. It's TIGI Bed Head Control Freak Serem 250ml. I bought this few years back and whilst it's ok, I've found better hair stuff (and cheaper!). But I was determined to use it up! It's taken forever, especially now I have long hair and don't wash it daily! But it's finally empty! :rotfl:

    UU:

Dolly84 I use Umberto Gianini blow dry spray. I only have a mini bottle of this but it has lasted ages. No crispiness and I use it in conjunction with tresemme's argan oil glossing spray when I blow dry on a large round brush. it holds my style well without the need for hair spray and holds volume in my fine hair for two days after blow drying.

I have just double cleansed my face with my no7 brightening hot cloth cleanser and a muslin cloth. I often find I still have mascara coming off with the first cleanse so thought I would give this a go. After only one occasion my skin is so soft I could not believe! Followed it up with aromatherapy associates rose radiance serum, simple soothing eye balm and avene rich skin recovery cream. Soft and my skin tone looks good and fresh.

I have been using a mini Umberto Gianni hairspray that I got in a set for xmas and I love the smell may be a HG for me as held well too :j
