Had a look in Boots and they had no items with 75% off, no Gok sets but they did have Sanctuary ones. I wish they had the same offers across the board rather than one store has such and such an offer and the next one doesn't.

I've been reading the thread about the Boots offer. A few people said that the sets weren't marked as being 75% off but when the sales assistants checked them they came up at the lower price.

Went to one of my local Boots this morning. They had no large Gok or Sanctuary sets at all so I am assuming they sold them all. They did have lots of other sales stock including large No 7, Champneys and Ted Baker sets though. I am wondering whether they are intending to do the 75% off thing gradually rather than at one fell swoop. Could work well for them if people go in for the 75% off stock and then are tempted by the 50% off stock.

Just off out food shopping. There is a small Boots store near the supermarket so will have a look but doubt they will have any of the 75% off stock.

    My first uu of 2013

Superdrug Simply Pure Gentle Eye Makeup Remover 150ml WNBA didn't think it was very good at removing everything. I have now put a No.7 eye makeup remover in the bathroom. This is my last eye makeup remover, I will try and wait until its at least half empty till I buy another.

Have £20 on debs beauty card must resist until I actually need something. Used free body shop gift card today and got shaving cream for dh.

    UU's today:

Clinique liquid facial mild soap - recommended by a friend and lasted a little over a month so it was good value for it's money
Lush Hair mask - I will never live without this stuff. It has transformed my hair.
Boots nail polish remover - It's only £1 and the stuff works lol

I remember my mum once came back from her Boots with 4 massive carrier bags of the biggest Boots gift sets (the £30+ type ones). Her branch had been selling them all for £2.50 each! I have never seen that happen anywhere else.

I noticed earlier in the week that Superdrug now have a "brightening" hot cloth cleanser - has anyone tried it? It's in green packaging.
