    Yay, finally, first UU of 2013 - DKNY Energising Body Lotion 150ml, from the days when there was only one kind of DKNY perfume! Goodness knows how old this is but we are definitely talking 5 yrs plus. It had gone slightly weird, bit off white, bit runny/lumpy and didn't smell quite as it should but it was still useable. Took a concerted effort to use it up as I'm so lazy with body lotion but feels all the sweeter for it :D WNBA, I used to absolutely love this perfume (the one in the tall angular bottle) but I prefer something a bit muskier nowadays. Hot on the heels of this then came Mist You Madly Body Spray - this was in my work bag. Always truimphant when I get an S&G UU - I do actually like this though so WBA in theory but I've another in the stash yet.

    Like VALM has mentioned, I'll never not have some sort of stash as I too stock up in the sales, I also usually get quite a bit toiletry wise for Christmas and my birthday being in June is well spaced out! If I'm honest I enjoy having a stash but I don't want it to be out of control and it is a chore using up stuff you don't particularly enjoy and so annoying if things go off unused. My ideal scenario would be to have a small stash of HG products I really love plus getting new things now and again to try without the guilt currently associated with that :D Hopefully I might be there this time next year - we'll see!

    I am currently obsessing over an Emjoy Micro Pedi, I think I've Indiepanda to thank for that :rotfl: Not bought one yet but the reviews are amazing and I do suffer with hard skin on my heels from traipsing around in my bare feet and living in ballet pumps the rest of the time... No amount of pumice, cream or scrub gets the kind of results I'm after. Will definitely be purchasing when I decide where the best deal is to be had.

    Sanctuary sets are v appealing at 75% off, my sister's MIL bought her one for Christmas and she was really impressed. They did have loads in my local branch so I'll pop in tomorrow and get one to put aside for a present at that price. I'd quite like one myself but I don't NEED it and I don't want to break my no IN vow so early on :A

    Work has been hellish this short week, yay to the weekend :beer:
  • Just completed a stash list, it's not quite ready to post up yet, needs a little re-jigging to make sense but there are 162 items on it :eek: and that doesn't include hair styling products, make up, nail varnishes or everyday things like toothpastes as I don't really stash these kind of things. As I was compiling my list I did get rid of a few things as they smelt a bit off and I put some things aside for re-gifting. I only got rid of 9 items but it's beeter than nothing!

    Thrown out;
    Lush Body Mud thingy- smelt really weird, it's about 3 years old I think :o

    Lush Foot Scrub powder- ditto'

    Mini pot of Ultralight- couldn't get the lid off!

    A mini Simple moisturiser- only a bit at the bottom and the bottle was too difficult to cut through.

    Benefit Hollywood Glow- I've had this an eternity, I never use it. I would have sold/given away but it smells vastly different to when I first got it...and not in a good way!

    UU: FCUK Mini body spray. WBA as it smells really nice, might have to go out and buy some more.I usually get some for Xmas but none this year.

    BS Moringa mini lotion. I love the smell of this and I really like spray on body lotions so I would probably buy again but not until i've finished the rest of my lotions.

    Re-gifted: BS Moringa Body Butter- Despite loving the fragrance, it's still sealed an I'm making a hamper for a friends birthday so it might as well go in there, i've got plenty more to go at that are half opened.

    Sisal soap bag- Still sealed so it's also destined for the hamper.

    I would feel guilty..... but it's such a good tool I won't. Before I got mine I would go to a chiropodist occasionally to get the worst of the hard skin off, and one appointment pays for the micro pedi.

    I can also recall in the past having a gadget I got from M&S which had blades in which though good at getting satisfyingly large strips of skin off, was frankly dangerous in my hands as I managed to slice my heel open more than once which hurt like hell to walk on after.

    The micro pedi is definitely a safer and more economical way of stopping my feet resembling hooves.

    No more UU here but am slathering on the hand and foot cream so not too far from one there.

    Totally agree with you over the first paragraph. The 2nd paragraph made me stop short as soon as I saw the magic words '75% off'. Please don't tell me the big Boots sale has passed me by!

    I have also had a bad week in work. Still trying to resolve the problems I posted about on the other thread, before the other posters did their best to make me wish I hadn't been born!

    Possibly may go to Clarins or Lancome counter and try to find a new lipstick to suit my current grey haired pasty look! Summer seems a long time away.

    Debenhams currently have a Clarins offer - not trying to enable just don't want you to miss out on a deal if you have a planned IN.

    Don't panic, keep calm - they just had 2 items with 75% off today. A Sanctuary set and a Gok Wan set.

    1 UU to report: A sample sachet of Astral all over moisturiser, it was quite good but I don't need any new moisturisers at the moment.

    I was given a £15 loccitaine gift voucher over Christmas that I am planning on using this month apart from that I am not planning on buying anything else.

    Have a nice weekend.

    I have my first UU of the year;

    - Urban Decay Foxy Eyeshdow: have another one in the stash that I got cheap on ebay (I think it was 99p!). I use it every day to just blend out the outside edges of my eyeshadow.

    Think it's going to be a slow going one this year as I'm just concentrating on the makeup!
