    Still doing DS's room!

That sure is a BIG room! ;)

Had a lovely chilled out, yet productive day. Put pork joint in oven to roast whilst we took DS to footie (won 11-2), walked the dog, WM and TD on whilst we were out too. Came home and watched Hugh F-W Christmas Show on the planner. Whilst the adverts were on we prepped and made red cabbage, roast pots, parsnips and DS made HM apple sauce. DD made 12 cheese scones, 12 sunflower scones and a heap of flapjack. Was determined to have a NSD so all this baking will go into DD's packed lunches for the week - God bless her, she's only 9 but has taken a shine to baking and she is FAB!

I think we're about ready for School tomorrow (DD only), just shoes to polish.

    Evening!

Tots both away to bed. Have told DD if she sleeps in her own bed she can have a jelly string tomorrow :rotfl: DS (touch wood) has been staying in his own bed lately.

They put their toys away, had a (green!) bath and a story. Their bags are ready, just need to check the weather for welly requirements. And their clothes are out. My alarm is set. I'm working from home so no bag or clothes to sort. Not that I'll be naked, you understand ;)

Ahem. Moving on. Anyway. What I'm saying is, we are reasonably tidy, which I like on a Sunday night, it means I can start the week on a positive. I do have a wash to do tomorrow, though, as I've been focussing on getting all the icky stuff clean.

Might have a bit of me-time stitching tonight!

See you all "next week" x

Natty tends to put the thread up later than I do on my week so could be a good hour or so yet.

Well I have to say I am very pleased with what I've managed to achieve this week!! House looks very tidy and feels clean! Never normally have this especially not on a Sunday night! The kids uniforms are even ironed!! LOL!

I'm aiming for Level 2 next week as back to work tomorrow and OH hasn't quite grasped the fact that he NEEDS to help around the house too!!

Looking forward to seeing what is on the list for next week!

  • Good evening :D

I have submitted my 1st draft, but have not started my essay yet. I referred to 'guidance' in the research forum (on my course), or rather I inferred a lack of it! The tutor has replied with a rather scathing attack (well, patronizing, anyway!) He said we were lucky to have the opportunity to do a draft for him to look at, as his 'full time under graduate students' don't get that opportunity! Er - I think that is the point! We are studying, in our own time, on our own - on top of a full time job!!:mad: I am carefully considering my reply - if I make one :p

TD emptied. DW on. That is me done for the night, I think. DS has just gone to bed. I must remember to set the alarm tonight
