Morning all
Bossy I hope the little moo is on the mend
Valli glad your bump was not too serious
To the shower for me and then not stopping until all the decs are away. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
DH has taken DS3 to his football match. DS1 has gone to be linesman. It's the first time in 10 days DS1 has surfaced before midday.
I have lunch to prepare and an average sized pile of ironing to do.
More pressingly I haven't sorted out DD2's pirate costume.
I hope little miss moo is better and that master moo escapes the icky germs.0 -
Morning
I hope miss moo is recovered and the germs stay away from master moo. Get-away-with-you vibes to anyone else feeling under the weather or poorly in any way xx
Today I need to study, study, study. I also need to FIND MY PURSE :eek: I discovered it was not in my handbag last night and a frantic search of the house followed, but no purse. We are positive it is here somewhere as DD remembers handing it to me; I remember putting it down... but where I don't know. I will go through the bins if I have to, in case it has got caught up in the stuff I have grabbed and flung in the last few days. Any 'reveal-yourself-purse vibes would be very welcome

Thanks for all the anti-germ vibes. She seems to have coped with the crumpet and has demanded biscuits too
Pursey-Findey vibes to you bonnie
Managed to do a spot of ironing, dettol squirting, wm filling and sausage cooking. Bangers and mash for Sunday lunch, got some frozen broccoli, and that will have to do. Tots can have a Yorkshire pud too. I've got a meal plan I started last week before I was ill, so might have a look at using that this week.Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
 hello everyone.
Special  to MrsChaos for remembering meawwww.
WM is on. Yesterday I sorted through bags DS brought home from Uni last month, ready for him going back tomorrow, hmmmm he didn't mention he'd brought all his towels home to be washed. Note to self: check bags as soon as DS comes home for lurking laundry!!! Rest of stuff has been repacked in an orderly fashion, knocking 5 bags down to 2 - one less trip for house to car and car to student house tomorrow - it all saves on shoe leather
I aso started to unpack Christmas yesterday - which is a huge improvement on last year when I unpacked Christmas 2011 in November 2012...:o. (We always spend Christmas Eve/Morning with friends so Christmas arrives home packed in bags - in case anyone is wondering) Ooops that reminds me, one bag from Christmas 2011 is still under the ktchen table - that's the good side of being disorganised and having a bad memory - nice surprises when you look in a bag and find something lovely you forgot you had :rotfl:ermmmm anyone need a calendar for 2012
I went to the moon for a picnic yesterday with my lovey godson aged 9 - another example of my cure from CHAOS :T as he and his mum came round for an hour. It's ages since I 'played'....DS has just turned 20 and prefers to party all night and sleep all day.
I'm not looking forward to losing DS tomorrow - but it does mean I'll regain the lappyand i'll be looking for inspiration to continue creating a home - especially from other flyladies who work fulltime and arrive home tired - to be polite.
Hugs to all xxxIT ONLY TAKES SMALL DAILY ACTIONSFOR MAGIC TO HAPPENRosemary Ikpeme0 -
Morning all
Well I'm still in bed although in my defence I was working until very late last night at the paid stuff, so I'm having a final lie-in before school runs begin again tomorrow.
Dettol-flying vibes to Skint and Bossy's Little Ones and hope it doesn't do the rounds - that's a lot of people to clean up after!!!!!
Bonnie - I'm sure your purse will turn up when/where you least expect it. Forget about it for now as I reckon you'll have a Eureka Moment whilst cracking on with your studies.
O-kay, I've had enough Me Tiime on here so I think I'll go and treat the troops to a cooked breakfast before taking DS to football at 1.30 p.m. Normal flying will resume late p.m.
Have a productive day all - catch you later.
TMD xxDecluttering junk and debt in 2016

Afternoon everyone
Bonnie, have you checked down the sofa sides, thats the usual place that I find things.
Get well vibes to all the poorlies and poorly LO's. I'm dreading DD catching it when she goes back to school, shes 8 and has never had D&V so it could be messy
It's the last day of the holidays so DH has taken DD to the cinema as a treat. I've stayed behind to get this house sorted before tomorrow. List of outstanding stuff is written down and I'm determined to get it finished.
Hope everybody is having a good day.xSorting my life out one day at a time0 -
So sorry to hear about all the poorlies - have to say I suffer from OCD and D&V is my worst nightmare; I hate it when the kids go back to school after Christmas as that's often prime time for it to be doing the rounds and I'm a nervous wreck
.
Made some new files for DH's filing system this morning, sorted more washing out and normal boring stuff and pottering really. I'm feeling the after affects of yesterday's riding lesson for sure- but it was worth it!
Just had 2 teenager girls walk past here with their dogs and I saw out the window 1 of the dogs stopped for a poo and she let it do it right beside our front gate - I went outside and asked her to pick it up and was told they were getting some bags but I bet they won't be back. That drives me mad :mad::mad::mad:.
Off to see a possible new car this afternoon - looks nice and our poor old V40 is about to expire so need to get sorted; don't think it'll get through the MOT this time.
Bonnie hope you have found your purse; it's horrible when you can't find it I know.
Roundtuit well done on being so organsied with the Christmas stuff!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
