I just popped on the ipod and singing at the top of my lungs - I have cleaned the loo, done the dishes, put some oven cleaner in to clean the oven, tidied my bedroom and sorted the recycling. Now relaxing with a cuppa. Will hoover, dust and do the washing tomorrow!

Oh dear, DD been sick a few times this evening. She's barely eaten today, so just fluids but yuk, bless her. She's been cleaned up, extra layers on bed, and extra fluids. Hope she doesn't feel as carp as I did

So, not a lot happened here as she has been wanting "tuddles" so been sat on my lap most of the time. They are finally in bed now so might go put the kettle on, bring a cuppa upstairs and do a spot of stitching.

I have hung the rest of the bedding up to dry and put away anything not on the ironing pile. But (ugh broke off there she's been ick again, cleaned up and back in bed with a new pillow ) I haven't done the ironing.

I just need DS to hurl now, and that will be a hat-trick

Was doing so well today! Feeling cross now as someone had locked one of the cats (and I have my suspicion as to who) in my bedroom. Needless to say I am now washing the shower mat and my duvet cover. Duvet soaking in the bath. King sized AND I had only changed it yesterday.:mad::mad::mad:

Evening all

I had a busy day today. Ex gave me a lift to town since he was headed there with DD anyway so I renewed DD's bus pass, popped into Wilkos and managed to grab some bargain Xmas decs for next year, a new box file and notebook for work. Came home and managed to get all the Xmas stuff packed up and away If there's anything not put away then its very very sneaky :rotfl:

Tomorrow I need to go grocery shopping for packed lunch stuff, and get DD sorted for school. Can't wait for Monday and routines to start again, although getting up at 6am will not be pleasant :eek:

I have lurked occasionally over the past couple of years, but am very disorganised when it comes to housework and with 3 kids 6 and under it is hard to catch up when I let it slide. I have literally lost the dining room under the piles, and our bedroom is almost as bad! Kitchen needs a proper deep clean too. I am hoping to spend a few hours tomorrow making a good start and then join in the proper flylady tasks from Monday. Thanks to everyone for the thread and the inspiration, am hoping the support on here will make 2013 the year I take control of the house!!! (whoop!)

I have caught up to an extent and I'm going to do the rest tomorrow. I have also been shopping so we have a food apart from leftovers again!

evening one and all......DS had a nice long nap as he was complaining of tummy ache (no emergency de-cluttering) after the milk in chocolate he had consumed yesterday. So I have a good nap too:D

All in all today, WM fed x 6, TD fed x 6, which is good as DD1 wants to use them tomorrow to get all her stuff fresh before she goes back to Uni on Monday

Kitchen S&S, DW fed again, floor swept, but leaving mopping for tomorrow.....removed a bit of gibble that was starting to gravitate in my room

Sorted out DD3 prescription potion and lotion box as she has been opening new tubes before finishing the old ones, so some are out of date, so they can go back to pharmacy for safe disposal on Monday

Had a quick sort through jam shelf, decluttered 4 almost empty jars.

So a gentle but productive day with lots of rest, same again tomorrow would be good

Lovely evening with friends, trouble is my boys are all still up - big too no problem but DS3 just tipped over the edge of reason so hoping he is out like a light.

Tomorrow is decs down day.

Icky night here, but she's now eating crumpet so hoping it doesn't all reappear. Not sure I'll get much done, other than icky washing, as she just wants me to sit with her...

So, cuppa and cuddles is the order of the day...

Morning All

After going to Mr Ms yesterday afternoon I didn't manage to finish DS's room so I need to do that this morning so there goes my plan for having a relaxing day today before I go back to work tomorrow. I also need to sort out my Beaver and Cub accounts as there is an exec meeting tomorrow which I didn't realise which is when I pay my money in.

I suppose I'd better make a start.
