  • Hello everyone

I'd like to join in this - seems like a good idea to keep within my budget as I'm terrible for going and spending £20 in the shop when I only went in for one item :o

I'd like to pledge £5 for this week I really don't need anything bar petrol - which I'm not including as that has it's own budget.

Thanks for this challenge - I look forward to my green result (I hope :p)

    Hi all,

Starting of with an NSD:). OH wanted to go to town for odds so let him tear on & he bought dinner:)

    Sun - NSD
  • Thanks for the thread ETO. Am back on the wagon this week, both trying to be more economical with money, and healthy eating wise. Tentative look on the scales says I'veput on 6lbs since before I went on holiday :(

    Will pledge £30 this week.

Have found I can get monthly bus tickets for £25 so now has its own budget.

Welcome along Helgathehairy and CommitedToChange.

You can include whatever you need to include, i used to just do misc spends but would cheat and spend from my grocery budget. So now i have one weekly budget but divide it into smaller budgets.

Good to see you back flyinggiraffe . Good luck with your challenge(s)

£22 spend to report for today. £15 petrol in my car and £7 in Aldi on fruit, milk and some bots for lunches when DH and I return to work later this week. Still within budget though and should (hopefully) remain that way!

Hello If it's not to late please could I rejoin this challenge, I participated through most of 2012 but I was away in October and I lost touch and it has taken me this long to find my way back :o I have still kept an eye on my spending as if I had been signed up but it's not the same.

My week runs Sunday morning to Saturday night, I pledge to spend no more than £5.
