    Ive had to email this time and last as we don't one through the post anymore either. I also phoned them and apparantly they are not sent to everyone who has previously booked now and people are just now selected randomley instead.

    I have not had a postal form and have just emailed them as we went to butilins last year, we really wanted to go but after we did I do not know what the fuss is about we thought it was awful! the accomodation is very basic and where the accommodation is is vile would not go back!

    we went to butlins minehead yes the room was rather grotty but for the price and how long we stayed in room it was worth it very cheap holiday and our son loved it we are hoping to go back again this year
