This one-liner made me chuckle so much - I think we all have an item of clothing like this which could do with de-cluttering!!!!!!!!! :rotfl:2015 - I am determined to lose at least 3 stone in weight and I must pay off at least one of my credit cards...If I keep telling myself, I might start believing it!!!Save £2 a day for Xmas 2015 Challenge: £56/£730:dance: HAPPY NEW YEAR - HERE'S TO A GREAT 2015 FOR US ALL! :dance:0 -
What an encouraging thread this is, it's really great to know that other people have too much clutter too. I was going to have a huge declutter today but - guess what - I didn't. Did get two thirds of the way through my ironing mountain though so at least we might have some clothes for the weekend.
Had a 20 minute declutter and I managed to bin/charity shop/giveaway the following for my 365 things
5. black bag full of yogurt pots, cardboard, things for kids crafts
6. the world's oldest dressing gown
7. lead for a printer we got rid of 3 years ago
8. coat that would suit my grandmother
9 shirt
10 pair of shorts
11 size 10 top!!! (in case I loose 3 stone overnight)
12 3 books

I've decluttered a drawer in the diningroom. It was full of old colouring books, picture hooks, screws etc. Now it is home to just one sketch pad some pastels and a notebook. These will hopefully fit in the paper drawers when they have been sorted.

Between yesterday & today, 3 kitchen cupboards got cleaned out. Filled up a carrier bag of stuff & has been binned.
2 amazons sales ready to be posted tomorrow. Would've been today, but the post office was closed.
Bathroom bin emptied.
Kitchen floor & bathroom floor, tiles & shower base (including the edges) have been steam cleaned. Looking a lot better
Laundry basket now emptied
Made a sort of start in clearing out a cupboard in the small spare room. Didn't even scratch the surface with that though. Could be a weekend job for that0 -
That was confusing, had posted on the other thread too. Mind you I am easily confused
So impressed with what everyone has been doing.
My decluttering today will consist of putting a few things an fleabay. Will count them towards my 100 things in January if they sell.
Benidorms just started so off to watch and have a chuckle.

glad it wasn't just me! I'm presuming/hoping that someone will post the right link here when it's sorted
me too - I got very confused and kept going in circles. I am subscribed to this thread so when the new one starts up I will hopefully see it on here.
I am keen to start posting again - I did last year which really kept me on track. I have kept on with the decluttering but not at the same rate.
Happy New Year everyone! _party_

I declutted my one in the CS bag today also, never worn it for over two years6. the world's oldest dressing gown
I have it's twin sister at mine, my kids wanted to buy me a present this year, so my other half asked what I'd like and I said a replacement dressing gown and told him I'd seen a lovely one in Asda... then I changed my mind as I said that my one I had was fine, so opted for a hat, gloves & scarf set... my dressing gown is thread bare and totally needs replacing!
Well done on all the de-cluttering going on and please I wasn't the only one looping the other two threads:rotfl:0 -
Happy New Year folks! Please may I join you?
Today I managed to put over 20 old towels in bags ready to go to the dog groomer (she always needs old towels) and also rationalised our bedding sets - how on earth do we end up with odd pillow cases when we only have a double bed in the house?! Cupboard looking a lot clearer now and I can actually close it without having to battle the door0 -
Three eBay parcels out today and two boxes of greeting cards I had priced. Tomorrow I have to tackle all the stuff in my car that I brought back from closing two of my units in the antique centre.
I'm not getting rid of much at the moment but I am downsizing which will hopefully stop me buying as much stock. Over 100 items listed on eBay and lots more to list
Christmas tree coming down tomorrow an putting back up the loftYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
