    Well .... let see ... bet I can beat all of you ........

    I lost 1 stone the week before I went into hospital .... lost another 1/2 stone the fortnight I was in ...... but that wasn't good / proper WL so it doesn't really count.


    However, since then .... I've put all of that back (which is actually good) BUT I've also put on the 1 1/2 stone that I lost over the summer :eek:

    And no sign of it stopping :( .... bloomin' drugs! ETA of the medical kind!

    No, I don't need them. I know the plan like the back of my hand. It's the sticking to it I have trouble with :o Besides, there is a whole new pack out which I got earlier with the 'New Approach' thingy that they are doing now. Basically, exactly the same :) as far as I can see.

    You keep them rising, you never know when you might feel the urge to start again. I hope it wasn't ww that made you poorly?????
