  • Hello :) Please can i join. I have realised that i spend money pretty much every single day however, over christmas i didn't and even though i got paid less and had to spend more i still had money left. Hopefully this challenge will force me to make my own food rather than going out and buying it. I love cooking but cooking for 1 is depressing.

Anyway, if you'll have me i want to aim for 10 NSDs a month, if i manage that i will up it :) i already have 1 this month

Will aim for a NSD tomorrow.
  • Hi everyone,

We had a sneaky family night away last night before school starts again. We had a fabulous time and I managed NSD #2 yesterday.

I'm in two minds about declaring today as I haven't spent anything as yet but fancy a wander in the sales. I'm back at work on Sunday so this will be my last chance to buy a few new tops, which are desperately needed. Hmmm...DH is out so will decide when he gets home :p

It sounds like everyone is doing well so far :T

A bit late to this thread, but I wonder if I can still join in the challenge?

If so, please add me for 10 NSD with 3 in a row.

    Thanks!

Spendy day yesterday - Stocked up on lunch for work yesterday - the soup I like is 2 cans for £1 so for £2.50 I have a weeks lunch - also treated myself to some nice bread rolls to go with it.

Hopefully today will be a NSD - don't think I'm doing anything that will cost money!
No more buying books Books in 2016 = 20.
    Target for 2018 = 7/21
No more buying DVDs ? 2018 target 27/52

We are all very grateful to you for everything you do. I know I couldn't do it. So no rush to get back to normal. I actually think the abbreviated form is perfectly good.

Freeby I think the short version is absolutely fine when there's so many of us ..... wow 110! That must be a record:T
And thanks to beanielou suggesting it ... I have one too!:D (although I do keep forgetting I have it!) - I put the non-potable coins LO after the weekly spend challenge into it :T (although it's running low as it had to buy a bag of tatties the other day)

I'm hoping it'll stretch to a packet of crumpets tomorrow!:)

It's been given a reprieve! I have enough crumpets to last until tomorrow

Declaring No 2 as won't be tempted by anything today (famous last words!)

    Been [STRIKE]playing with [/STRIKE];) building my household journal today .... it's addictive!:o
