Started scribbling things down - which is at least a start i guess
and feel better for this. Going to have another break and then get to doing a bit more scribbling
then go back to the question and planning
Chocs: - i've lifted out all my footwear although i've remembered i've some in the car, and at work  - i guess the work ones are only for work wear but should be kept at home really in case of interview - at least 1 pair should be anyways!!
My wardrobe though expensive was not well designed - the clothes touch the floor of the wardrobe so i have to cram my shoes in  Ok i'm going to do a boot fashion parade and start the declutter process in earnest - some slippers have already been binned - worn for a year as they were a gift but were too big and a bit dangerous when going up and down the stairs
Hoping to report back with shoes update and more importantly assignment progressCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
What have i started  Even my mr said where've all them come from? And its not even all the pairs of footwear that i own
i have 9 sets of footwear in other places as well
I have decided that some of the footwear would have been parted with had i worn it moreCue: the need to wear my nicer stuff more often
I had selected a pair of boots to part with until my Mr saw them and commented how much he likes them arrrggh!!!
Ok confession time: Long boots / 3/4 boots i have are:-
cowboy boots - a gift and i lurve them but have never been worn
sixties style long boots - worn and i lurve them and i just tried them on again and they fit and look brill! (thought they'd be too tight on my legs) were a bargain reduced from £200 to about £30 when i got them
Long boots got for xmas gift lovely not worn as yet but i've not had them long
Back to it i guess.
Assignment - done a bit more cobbling and need to do alot more :eek:CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
You're doing really well :T
I've done nothing really this weekend. Just been mooching around the house. I've looked through a load of cookery books and they are going, a few other bits are ready to go too.
I need to put some stuff on ebay too, but can't be bothered so haven't done.
DH has a load of stuff going out today so packing required for all that. It's some bulky stuff going though so that's good.
Good luck with the assignment!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hey everyone jwil - any decluttering is good so well done :T
i am seriously urgh!! right nowpanicing over my assignment i know!! arggh!! Completely different to anything i have ever done so i'm just gonna dig deep and try my best
If all you lovely people could keep up the positive vibes for me that'd be greatI *have* to hand this in this week on the deadline as friday i have docs - if the weather clears and all those things to do i listed the other day. i also need to put together a seriously huge e-mail to my tutor - none of the things i've worked on are suitable for my next assignment so i have no idea what to do now and all the work i've done can't be submitted for anything  this is a huge, huge thing for the course so am trying not to think about that now, get this out of the way and then focus on the next one so each is in turn.
Please keep up the positive vibes - a snow day would be fab tomorrow - (not really as we have to work the time back) but the street / road home from the station was like an ice rink so took alot longer to get home and i could really just do with the time to write this outCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Positive vibes for getting the TMA finished
Don't worry about the next one yet. Your tutor will probably have some good ideas on how you can use the work you have done so don't panic about it.Mortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Keep going, keep going !
If my perfectionist radar is working then I am reminded of a quote in someone's signature on these boards which says "Good enough is exactly that".

Thanks Chocs
And everyone else too of course - caved and made some tea done about an hours work since and will try and get another hour done to align stuff ready for re-draft tomorrow.
Chocs i am slowly, slowly sorting through the assorted footwear - threw out old slippers, 2 items for bay of e and more to sort still
Keeping so busy has been good for the old not spending any moneyhave a couple of nights out coming up though - a trip to the movies, a trip to the theatre and a meal out - 1 will be just the two of us, two of the others will be catching up with different people - its good to have things to look forward to - will have to try and keep the budget miniscule though !!!
Right back to it - hope everyone else is goodCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000
