Did you send to the Paypal address? (And not the Ebay one)
Special delivery is the only way tickets should be sent with RM.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Pink shoes - yes, the address registered to the paypal account0

Just give paypal a call and explain you have the tracking number and it shows as signed ect i found doing this helps0

Exchanged a few messages with the buyer. She maintains its not her signature on the proof of delivery and has checked with her neighbours.
I have asked her to either close the claim or escalate it as I wasn't to get the whole thing sorted ASAP because Paypal are holding £100 of mine, but there hasn't been any more responses.
She made the claim on 27/12 - how long does she have to take further action or close the case, thanks0 -
Have you phoned paypal as was suggested? Don't just wait to see what they decide, phone paypal up and remind them that you have tracking saying delivered.0

When is the concert? If it hasn't yet taken place, send her an email along these lines.
"It looks like the tickets have been stolen. I bought four tickets together but one couple have dropped out so I sold their tickets. My husband (or wife) and I will be at the concert so we will see if someone turns up with the stolen tickets and ask the theatre staff to call the police”.
If it has taken place say that the seats were occupied and you have given a description to the police and asked them to investigate.
That might possibly scare the buyer into dropping the claim if it is fraudulent.0 -

If the concert hasnt taken place could you try to get the tickets cancelled. If the buyer has got them they wont be able to get into the concert or if someones has stolen they they wont either.0 -

Change the email a bit:
"It looks like the tickets may have been stolen but don't worry. I have contacted the event organisers and reported it. They say that they will cancel those two tickets and issue replacements. Anyone attempting to gain entry with the original tickets will be apprehended and, unless they can prove they are entitled to them, the police, who will be on hand for crowd control, will be called”
They might see that as just bull but it might lead them to suddenly realise they have the tickets after all.0
