hi - i sold 2 concert tickets on ebay. i posted them (recorded) on 17th december. i just got an email from ebay saying that the buyer had filed an "item not received" case, and is asking for a full refund.
so, i check online and the royal mail track and trace website shows that they were delivered and signed for by the buyer (she printed her name next to the sig, so i know its her!).
i have just responded with the tracking number and pointing out that they were delivered and signed for...... what can I expect next?
Thanks!

You have seller protection as long as all other requirements were met, just keep an eye on PayPal though and remind them of your protection.
Yu were lucky though, recorded is an unreliable service that in many areas never updates, and tickets would not have been covered against loss.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I would take a screen print photo of the signature on the tracking number, and add this to your evidence - just to make it even easier and more obvious for eBay to work out what is going on with this buyer's claim."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

It is actually possible that someone has stolen the tickets and signed her name.0

yeah RH I suppose you are right. I think I might just be a bit wary as I had a bit of bother trying to get her to pay for them in the first place!
if she maintains that she didn't sign for them, and then they don't turn up at a neighbours house or at the PO, what would the next stage of the dispute be?
