How is everyone doing with their positive steps for this year?
I'm STILL waiting for my deposit to be returned, can't wait till (hopefully) tomorrow to not feel skint - not least because I'll feel like I have a bit of leverage in my job. I am hating it at the moment - it's so uninspiring and my boss can be a real !!!! - seriously thinking of leaving even for a temp contract, which isn't ideal but I'd do it to get away.
I've been ill for the past week or so but will be back stepping tomorrow - I think a week is enough recovery time! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Sending you virtual hugs Ruby. I hope you've got the deposit back now and things are feeling a little easier financially.
It's been very quiet on here recently. I hope everyone is well and keeping busy. I can't believe January is over already! I haven't had the most productive couple of weeks really, I must keep putting steps in my diary even just the little things! I also need to start taking it to my OHs when I go as I tend to just do work then watch TV when I'm there. I did have a list for yesterday but I was so tired I spent most of the afternoon snoozing!
Today's list (even though it's getting a bit late!)
-write prayers to read at church - done
-Planning in brief to type up when have USB in the morning
-Find dragon dance video and music for PE
-Create recording sheet for flying paper aeroplanes (and keep fingers crossed for reasonable weather tomorrow afternoon)
-Watch 2 DVDs
-Wii fit and download couch25k app
-Tidy room
-Half hour flute and piano
-Half hour jigsaw (or more!)
-Shower
-Sort lunch for tomorrow
-Sort clothes for tomorrow
-Look at Day Zero list and mark off progress.
I think that will do for now!*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*

Hi all,
Haven't posted for a while, sorry!
My steps each day seem to be ringing creditors to arrange/re-arrange payment plans!!!
However I've been doing well, token payments have been accepted and I've been granted extensions on priority bills ......
Only thing is my extension with EON has now come to an end and I still haven't cleared the balance, but I'm paying bits as I can. Think I'll need another chat with them soon. It seems to go on for ever doesn't it?
I WILL GET THERE!!!!!!!!£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Well done hummingbird on working with your creditors
I hope all your hard work is paying off!
Giggles, we have very similar lists - every time I try to be more productive I feel tired just thinking about it!! Do your church run any groups which could help? I went to a CAP Money course at my local church which was very useful! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -

Hi hummingbird
Just a quick heads up. If your current payment arrangement has ended, talk to us about setting up another. Whilst there's a live payment arrangement on an account, there'll be no unwanted follow up about outstanding balances.
Hope this helps.

No problem hummingbird. I'm usually found lurking about the 'Energy' board. I do try to keep an eye on other forums, though, just in case someone needs help with E.ON.
You know where I am now if you need help/advice in the future. Always happy to help.
