parsniphead this is always a hard month to scrape together the usual minimum payments anyway, well done for what you've paid off! Will see you for the 2014 challenge!
Nomi don't feel bad about not paying everything off, a lot of us will be here in 2014. I think we should always feel proud that we haven't put ourselves more into debt. You've paid off £1000+ and that's still very good!
I've been staying with an amazingly minimalistic friend this weekend, without drawers bursting at the seams, and books crammed into every corner. Very jealous, and going to make 2014 the year to focus on being less frivolous with my purchases. Fewer, better quality, it's the way forward :A0 -
mini- thanks for the kind words and support. i fully intend to stick at it. i would like to start building a little rainy day fund once all other debt is paid. i plan to do some online auction selling and overtime at work to boost things a bit.🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300

I have no spare to pay off any more this month so my final figure is done. I really can't wait to get started next year as this is the only thread/challenge I have stuck to.
Thanks everyone and happy Christmas to you all.:T
Hello Parsnip,
I read your post and looked too. Well done so many of you! I have failed rather spectacularly. But will be back fighting next year!
I need to make more everyday sacrifices I think. All the pennies add up. Fewer meals out and clothes. I am good with taking lunch in, and generally shopping at cheap places, but have cupboards full of stuff!
