Thank you
and Starnac you should watch the water as you don't live too far away
I've just had a big argument with the people in B00ts as they wouldn't give me any P1riton for my hayfever, in the end I agreed I wouldn't sue them if they gave me the darn drugs. If you go to hospital they give you p1riton for allergies no problem, but because the manufacturer puts on there a warning for child-carriers it gives everyone else the right to object grrr. I only want to take 1 a day instead of the 4 as I can't take migraine medication.
Congratulations Kerri and Mr Kerri, take care of yourself x0 -

It's like trying to read the last page of the book otherwise haha.
£119 has gone back onto the cc as a refund today for a broken tent from our holiday, although no real payments this month to reduce the debt as OH started his job and funds are scarce. Just over a week until payday though, but most of that is allocated to moving costs for a move to rented in Bristol! eep!Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Congrats Kerri xxx
All this baby talk is NOT making me broody, give me cats (or dogs) any day.
My little kitty is becoming expensive. He's the only one the flea treatment hasn't worked on and the poor thing is riddled with them. I've sprayed the house twice already but he's picking them up from somewhere at home. Off to pet store later to try a different brand.
Been holiday shopping this weekend and spent loads on holiday clothes, the new CC has had a bit of a hammering. Mr Halifaxo is probably rubbing his hands with glee at the thought of all the interest he's going to make off me. Oh no though, it's payday on Friday and I can pay it off in full :T0 -

Lots of info on alternative flea treatments here if the standard aren't working. Fleas adapt to the standard ones and become resistant. I like the lamp with soap water idea http://www.richsoil.com/flea-control.jsp
I do alternate between brands to try to prevent resistance. I'm putting it down to the ever-changing weather, the reappearance of rats in the garages/allotments behind (Blackie keeps catching them at the moment and then dumping them, dead, on my neighbour's path) and the fact that kitty is very young and probably tasty.
Kerri, I'm going for the "vac twice a day, wash pet's bedding frequntly and drowning the little tikes in soapy water as I comb them off Harley" method. My theory being that eventually they'll have all jumped onto him and I'll have drowned them all0
