Anyway, enough of my wallowing, I've bounced back and have some school mum chums here for a cuppa today so I'd better get tidying :)

    Little survey for you today:

    a) are you a tidy person or not, on a tidy scale of 1 (slovenly lush) to 10 (anal duster upper) where are you?

    b) when you go to someone's house that is either much tidier or messier than you do you mind or does it make you sweat?

    c) Can you see where I'm going with this? I'm about a 6 on the scale, messy but clean although my walls are covered in dirty prints , and all my friends are super tidy :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I am in a stress because I would say I am about a 4 on this scale, the kitchen has become alot better as I am keeping on top of it and now its never gross messy just a little untidy at times, and whilst I wouldn't say I'm messy, I am VERY untidy in a disorganised way. I don't leave washing up around or anything disgusting but nothing really has a proper home and the house is very untidy.
So, I am stressed because we're moving out in a month and I don't know how!! Things are going on fleabay and freecycle like crazy and I'm desparetly trying to organise things.

Spagbol when I go to other people's houses and they're messier (rare!) I don't mind at all, if they are tidier I think oooh god what if I make a mess and it does make me think about our place and how messy it is :(

Ok, on another note had another fleabay payment today so nearly at the house deposit mark, gonna have to wait for other payments until end of feb as person is collecting then.
AAAAAAND also on the plus side I have found £80 worth of unused foreign currency in my bedside drawer I have just cleared out so I will be using that to make a payment, make up the house deposit and treat the OH with something cuz half of it is technically his :) (the treat won't be £40 worth though :shhh: hahaha :rotfl:)
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D
*NSD Challenge Nov 0/10* *£10 a day challenge Nov £0/£300*
No buying unnecessary toiletries challenge-in it for the long haul

Yes I hate the constant struggle. I find being glued to the laptop debtbusting takes up time too :D I am a 6 at the moment as I've had more time at home and been selling stuff but it creeps down to about a 3 or 4 after a big clear up. Every 3 months or so I have a blitz.

Yeah I get nervous in v tidy houses. I grew up in one and I feel like I'm a naughty girl leaving my shoes lying around again! I've never been tidy, it's not the way my brain works, I can't find anything :rotfl:

  • Well having one of those days today  just can't find a way to find extra money to go towards getting anything paid off. Can't go to work this week due to daughter being poorly over the weekend and having to be taken away in an ambulance (scary stuff) so no payments to any debts ahhhhhhhhh :(
    No buying toiletries in 2013:cool:

Ah thanks armchair, you are right. It takes a bit of low to recognise your highs sometimes...and vice versa of course.

SpagBol - I have four cats, my house looks like it's never seen a vaccuum even when it has literally just seen a vaccuum all they do is play fight and cause more mess. My house is an hygenic but things never in the right place score of 5.

My 2 best friends are off the scale at a score of 15. They're houses at their worst are still better than my house at its best :rotfl:

All this talk of tax returns etc is making me  mum says I've a letter from the taxman at her house (why did I bother ringing them to change my address????) Last year they gave me a cheque for £823 followed by a letter saying I owed them £823.38, who knows what I'll receive this year?

I'm really late to join in...but can I anyway? This seems like such a great way to get and stay motivated!

At the moment I'm at £150/£9636 - a long way to go, but hoping to use PAD as well (plus selling half the contents of my house on eBay!)
