  • haha. Well just thing £15 is soooo much cheaper than the ridiculous gym fees!!
That's good you have felt an improvement the next day. As part of my job I am required to keep pretty fit and we have trainers that sometimes takes us for "little sessions", sometimes after one of those sessions it even hurts to cough! So, when you are not feeling anything the day after it's nice to know you have conditioned your body to deal with that, but also means, you need to push a little harder to achieve more otherwise you will plateau.
I can't wait to try my first session! We will have to keep each other posted! Mine should arrive this week (weather depending!)

Hey, I just took a look at these and they seem great. She knows what she is talking about and I like the fact she offers modified exercises too.

Made a PAD of £4.98 and I'm now on track to pay off 5% off my debt this month. I'm planning to beat this next month and try to pay off 1/11 of my debt every month (at least £885). Let's see how it goes. I'll update the figures when I get my next CC statement.
    Targets: [STRIKE]OD1 300[/STRIKE] OD2 1500 CC1 4950 CC2 1495 (Loan: 10,000 0%)
    Totals: £17945 [STRIKE]£24850[/STRIKE] (£6905/27,78% paid off)
  • Have paid off £300 so:

63 £300 of £5213 paid off. £4,913 left to go

Have I done that right? Its the first time I'm reporting an amount paid off this year so not sure?!

  • Sneaks in, just back from gym and a swim... But I can only pay for it for as long as I get my money's worth, so I have to attend enough classes every month. If I don't then I have to cancel.

Have any of you been near tihe supermarket? I just went to A1di, and it was packed! Lady at the till said it was like this all week with people panic buying (some of them had 10 loaves of bread, 4 trays of yoghurts, it was crazy), on top of the normal crowd.
