Hi all,
Well today has been fairly productive. I've not been anywhere apart from riding lessons with DD so a NSD for me. I sent DH into town so that I wouldn't be tempted into any shops:o
I've started to tidy my office, which is a job I've been putting off for at least 5 years and its going well so far. I've shredded loads of old paperwork & been quite brutal with what to keep. Normally I'm quite sentimental about stuff. Still a long way to go though.:o
DS got a job this morning so I am chuffed to bits with him. He's only 13, but is desperate to earn money. He LOVES money and cannot wait to have more. He is a hoarder like his mum & I am quite proud
It remains to be seen how he gets on with getting out of bed early......
I've also applied for an offset mortgage today:) I'm hoping we get accepted as I really want to be MF by 50. We have a low LTV, but when I put down all our available credit on the application form, it was a bit  If we maxed all our CC's we could pretty much pay off the mortgage anyway.
Happy snowy weekend everyone

We have a dwarf lop - Cookie - he's an old man now (8) but still gets out and about - he has free reign in the garden as its enclosed. His hutch is in the shed and we put a heated brick (a bunnie storage heater!) under the sleeping side when its cold like this so he is snuggly. We're daft really but he's one of the family

Thank you for the congratulations guys, it is lovely to know I'm (technically) debt free! I used to swear I would never get into debt, and it's been a dark cloud over my head for such a long time. After 18 months of watching the pennies, I've paid off over £6000, and more than half of that has been with the support of all you lovely folks! :T:T
I have an individual bottle of cava and an MnS triple layer carrot cake to celebrate tonight! And as soon as the cheque has cleared, Mr Bank is going to get a visit to remove my overdraft facility.
I bet that's the best tasting carrot cake you've tasted ever!!! :T:T:T:T Now what are you going to start saving for? Plllleeeeaaassseee stick around, we'd miss you otherwise xx
