His hutch is in the shed and we put a heated brick (a bunnie storage heater!) under the sleeping side when its cold like this so he is snuggly. We're daft really but he's one of the family
We have a boy and a girl, lionlop crossesThey will be a year old in March! They're currently housebunnies as the boy was poorly back in October and once they've been inside during cold weather you can't put them back outside 'til it's warm again. I didn't want to leave the girl otuside on her own so brought her in too.
I actually prefer house bunnies, but they're not very practical in rented accomm  when they like to dig and chew!

Hi all, Jan is going very well so far, I am in line to have paid off 18.9% of my debt by 31 JAN 13, just waiting on a few ppl who owe me some pennies and my jumper selling on Ebay. I did sell it last week for £30, then the buyer said he didn't want it :-) So I got charged £3.09 from ebay for selling, but didn't sell it. I am a complete novice at Ebay and set it up this month to help me reduce my debt, to date it's INCREASED my debt by £3.09. I will update officially when I have made the payments. After returning from holiday on 12th, I have had 8 NSD which I am really proud of and haven't spent a penny on the online sites!
I have also lost 4lbs of my weight total too (these lbs I don't mind losing) I am getting the Insanity workout DVD next week off a friend so I hope to keep on with the fat loss!
Well done to Mini Cooper, great to see one of us has achieved our goal so early on in the year!Halifax CC [STRIKE]£1322.88[/STRIKE] £0 :j 11.9% Virgin CC [STRIKE]£1534.76[/STRIKE] £1384.76 0% until AUG 13. Grant over payment [STRIKE]£166.66[/STRIKE] £0 :j DFD 31 JUL 13 #102

You need to start the unsold item resolution thingy (search on the help) which means you'll get a credit for your fee.
What is the insanity DVD? I'm still doing DAvina and fine with it for now (still no shred ) but may get bored with it soon so on the lookout for new ones!DMP started Oct '17: £79,974 :eek::eek::eek::eek:0 -
Thanks Spag bol, I will endeavour to start my recovery, it's 0.1% of my debt total, every little helps!!
Insanity is a bunch of work out DVD's which focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) you do around 6 sessions a week which last from 30 mins to 50 mins and you are working at your max for the majority. You don't need any equipment. It's not for beginners or the faint hearted! If you Google it, you will find some clips.
I really enjoy Davina's DVD's, she is also quiet funny which makes it more enjoyable!Halifax CC [STRIKE]£1322.88[/STRIKE] £0 :j 11.9% Virgin CC [STRIKE]£1534.76[/STRIKE] £1384.76 0% until AUG 13. Grant over payment [STRIKE]£166.66[/STRIKE] £0 :j DFD 31 JUL 13 #102

Also, if you are not feeling like you're making any improvements, you may need to increase the difficulty level of your workouts. However, you may also be increasing your muscle mass and reducing fat, therefore counteracting each other. Try measuring your results literally by using a tape measure over the parts of your body which carries more fat and see if you see any difference that way.

Thanks, I looked it up and it reminded me of the shred which I tried to buy a few weeks ago  a few days ago her boxset (4 DVDs including the shred) was £16.99 at Mr S entertainment and I was dithering but just went back on and the boxset is £15 so I've ordered it (Shhh!! Don't tell the challenge police!! But I suppose I had originally bought it as a B'day present then it didn't turn up...) so will let you know how I get on
Davina is ok for me at the moment but already I can see I am getting used to it in that I can actually walk the day or two after which I couldn't do the first time I did it!:eek:DMP started Oct '17: £79,974 :eek::eek::eek::eek:0
