The only time I tried buying online for the 75% sale (years back) the site collapsed and by the time I finally could log back in every single item in my basket was gone.

I've still not had a notification for my order having been received in store and have made two unsuccessful phone calls to find out. I will try once more and if no joy will just go in Friday as planned and hope it's there.
3 phone calls are more than enough to chase a free delivery order!

I had to go through on the Pharmacy option to speak to someone as none of the other extensions were being answered at my local store.

General enquiries option got me through to Beauty team, who tried twice to get hold of the right person, said to call back and ask for Photo team, called back and no answer.

Will try once more later then will just turn up as planned Friday and hope it is there.

Collected my order today from store. Only ordered Euphoria gift set 30ml EDP very well packaged.

Being prepared is the key.

I've gone a step further than Ikea bags now, I take my mums wheely shopping trolley thing. It doesn't do anything for my street cred, but I can fit a lot in it!

Finally managed to collect my order today I gave up and went in without any confirmation. Glad that I didn't have it delivered to home - had 3 s&g gift sets in and no packing at all. Think it might have been a mess after a date with the postal service

There were a number of hair accessories on sale too, so have managed to pick up some bargains. Ours were placed away from everything else and were by the photographic department (random!).

Word of warning tho - all of the gift sets in my order still had the security tags live, so I beeped going in and out of every other shop (although not boots itself, weirdly!). Went in and had a bit of a word(!) with one of the shop assistants and she eventually de-tagged them.

My order was meant to be delivered today but I had an apology email saying it would be another day as they were snowed under with orders. Just had a text saying it'll be delivered tomorrow, just hope it's packaged well and no damages!

still LOTS of stuff left in Leamington town centre store. Apart from S&G which went boxing day theres still tons of stuff left, even NO7 still has full shelves which suprises me. I am holding out for 75% sale now....
