I remember last year going to a biggish store in a popular shopping centre nearly a week afterwards and still finding lots of good stuff - not even sure how that was possible considering there's nothing left by 10am usually.0

Just moved to Yorkshire and was moaning about the loss of my usually fantastic store for the 75% sale- HOWEVER Pontetract was great... no pushing or hogging stuff.
Not the biggest selection but they had loads of the bigger boxes and some great Disney sets for birthday pressies for DD1's classmates. Really helpful staff and lovely customers who went out of their way to help me with DD2 who was in my baby carrier...0 -
Well just got back I spent £250 but I was shopping for 3 other people who couldn't make it. I was slightly annoyed a woman next to me spent £400 and announced this will all be going on ebay later . A lot of mine was toys for next christmas, there was alot of vtech things left
. Then just the normal toiletries for birthdays
. Even managed to get myself some jimmy jams. When I left there were pallets of No7 sets, champneys and ted baker. I was amazed at how much was still left xx

Got to the Westway at Greenford for opening and they had loads of stuff and only about 5 of us there. All very nice and civilised and got everything we wanted. Best tip ever though is to nip in the night before and check out where everything is, me and my mum where in and out in 20 minutes:TThen nipped into a few other local ones and the same, all very nice and civilised.

Went to Westwood Cross at 9am and did very well.. left at 10.30 after spending roughly £50. Stacks of stuff and three times as many people this year but all very civilized & friendly! Then went on to Margate and got some more bargains ... quiet and civilized in there as well!
Cheers on us Plant Thanet :beer:0 -
All there was in my local was the FCUK date planner set or the royal jelly set, plus loads of wrapping paper. Disappointed I only bought one thing but my store is quite small.0

I couldn't resist popping back to the big Belfast store at lunchtime - OMG, it had been cleared out completely!!!! I'm so glad that I went this morning. There is hardly a thing left.
Although a SA came out with a random cage of sale goods that had been left in the stock room (last one, according to her) and it was full of tagines for £5 each!! So I bought one. It's gorgeous, and will make a lovely gift (we already have a tagine or it'd be for us!).There was a scrum around her after that, so I'd say that they're all gone now. Even people who didn't know what they were bought one! :rotfl:
I also bought a pack of 30 cards, a 10m roll of Christmas wrap and a Kiss Me Quick shower/bathing set (the one that looks like a beach hut).
Gift cupboard now full to bursting again!!!!
While we (all females) were browsing the few shelves left, an elderly man came pushing through us and muttering at us to move out of his way. A woman reprimanded him and asked him not to be so rude, to which he shouted at her that *she* was the one being rude!! I was appalled. :eek:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
