Evening all,
I need some expert help and thought of you all!
My daughter mentioned a movie tonight but can't remember the name of it. It's based around a little girl who forgets to post her Christmas letter to Santa so it's put on the fire as its the quickest way to get the information to Santa.
I thought it would be perfect to get for christmas. Can any of you knowledgeable people recall this movie title?

My new winter pouffe just arrived :j

I had a £10 off voucher so it was £23.50 delivered.
Ds just moaned as he said I was moaning the other day that I have 2 large leather ones in my room that I don't space for down here.
But they are very large, and this one is small
Went to Aldi after work and bought the roast potatoes in goose fat for Christmas. Didn't get the powered milk as beings I hate the named stuff I might detest the cheap one. Will get that in Morrison's. Bought dd some fleece lined black tights and got Mia 4 packs of dental sticks. ( she has one after dinner every day) .
While I was in there I saw this on the wall.

I think I will get one in grey. We do have lots of throws but this one looks really warm. And if we do get this bad winter we may need it. It's been blooming freezing here today and that's without any snow.
They have door stops, pillows, draft excluders and door mats in on Thursday as well.

Obviously got some Amaretto ( I'm drinking it now)

Just a quick message for Ruth & Co - I bought some muc off today and will pick up a couple of other bits that you recommended for neice and make them into a gift pack type of thing. Might use a bottle bag as the muc off bottle doesn't look too easy to wrap (trigger spray).
Thanks again for the ideas.

Greetings everybody. Been reading your posts when I can but not getting time to reply sorry. Baby is 4 weeks old now, I'm much better, not quite 100% but no painkillers needed. Also much more mobile so able to cope better with DS1.
Mum borrowed DS1 for the afternoon yesterday and SIL had him all day today :-) Both made mince pies and he is very proud of himself as he got to help. "Me made mince pies!" "They are lovely" I've told him he'll have to teach me lol.
Not much Christmas prep done but have bought a Christmas jumper for DS1 from Primark as DH has one, and DS2 (baby) has one from Next that was a gift as well as two velour Christmas babygros that I bought off ebay. I was tempted by a tasteful sparkly stag jumper in Asda but decided I want a long one I can wear with leggings. Such a chocoholic lately I can't guarantee my jeans will fit by December. Got my birthday next week too- a meal out and probably more chocolate eating/ baileys drinking lol. No point trying to diet yet. Also have booked our tickets to go on the Steam train Santa Special. We've got panto tickets for the week after too. So three nice weekends in a row
And bought a Kindle Fire HD for mum for Christmas. She saves me megabucks in childcare throughout the year and is just a huge help whenever I need her. So £100 is not too much to spend.
Also got a couple of little bits for DS1 in asda. A box of "toddler jigsaws" and a Christmas version of the "Dear Zoo" boardbook which he likes, its got flaps to lift up on each page- DS likes the lion best lol. This one is called Dear Santa.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Nanamia hope your honorary DS is ok.
Fiesty, sorry to hear the shop hasn't gone well and hope DH recovers soon.
Wuvvies, hang in there with DD, I really feel for you and it makes me think of what I put my mum through at the end of my teens =-O. It'll get better ;-)
Can't remember who asked about writing a list but I am terrible at this too. I just can't ask people to buy me things. It makes me really uncomfortable. Likewise when they ask what to buy for our boys. However I have got two sparkly jumper dresses from Next (about £20 each) from Mum for birthday and Christmas that I chose. Poor DH who shops the day before lol has my birthday, 1st wedding anniversary and Christmas within 4 weeks. I suggested he get me a much needed haircut and colour or vouchers for the salon for my birthday.2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013
